Lo m¿s que me gusto del hotel fue el tama¿o de la habitaci¿n

Lo que no me gusto del hotel es que para ser tiempo de oto¿o(ya est¿ fr¿o) la picina estaba fr¿a, no pude estar ni 10 minutos porque me dio mucho fri¿, espero que puedan arreglar eso!

Convenient location to highway, Staff was VERY helpful...went out of their way to assist me (located lost glasses, helped me access special de-caf coffee in the AM)

A fairly fresh hotel

, the shampoo tube was empty, one of the elevators was not working

Breakfast

Bathtub was clogged, receptionist didn¿t go above and beyond to get me into another room. I had to ask.

The staff was wonderful at front desk. The room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.

When I arrived they told me my card had been declined and I had to swipe my card again. After Thanksgiving I noticed my card had been charged twice.

There is plenty of parking and felt safe. The lobby was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy but the top blanket was dingy looking.

The room felt clean enough but the bedding was dingy looking. The a/c was very strong and blew right on us while sleeping.

Very clean and quiet- rooms looked newly renovated- shares a parking lot with a decent Irish pub restaurant

requested a room and bathroom refreshing but never happened.

Breakfast, location felt safe, the staff was friendly and helpful. Close enough to go in and out to the Boston hospitals and far enough to feel out of the city. The exercise room was clean and usable.

There were a little league team staying there for a tournament. I am happy for them to have the opportunity to stay in a hotel but was even happier that my desk clerk put our room was far enough down the hall that I was never bothered by noise!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Good beds and the facility was one of the cleanest I¿ve seen in the 8 weeks traveling.

Seemed like a relatively newer hotel. Room was clean but our bed was wet with (assuming) some sort of bleach/water mixture or some other cleaning product.

The front desk staff member was new and left alone. Couldn't answer questions and check in process was frustratingly long. Not her fault as she shouldn't have been left alone while training. Location was difficult to get an Uber or Taxi.

 the front desk employee was very welcoming, the rooms was clean and what I was looking for. I slept like a baby. So glad the hot breakfast is back, that was good also. If I'm come back to Westborough MA, I will plan to stay At Hampton Inn Thank y
