Very difficult entry system, not transparent at all, I had to wake up staff at midnight; understandably, they were truculent ; no elevator, I carried my own bags up to the second floor and staff never asked whether or not I was able to do that.

The first room they put us in was infested with visible mold, the second room the heating did not work. We left and stayed at the Hampton Inn off of Rt. 9.

Worst hotel ever. I had to leave after I checked in. Sheets in the room where stuffed under the bed with human shit on them, big hole in wall with pipes coming out that are cut off. Worst hotel ever you should take it off your sight, still charged me. Sad

The only reason why I chose this hotel was that it was 3 star hotel on my route. I can give it only one star. Multiple hallway lights were out. Ceiling paint was peeled off on several places. Carpet was threadbare in some places. Breakfast was low quality

It's location

This isNOT a Three Star Hotel. felt I was back in the 1950's. There was no elevator so I had to walk up three flights to my room with my bags! I have NEVER stayed ina Three Star Hotel that did not have an elevator!

Great alternative to big box hotels - and unlike a big box hotel the staff is authentic. Very convenient for me to get to work locale. Will do it again next year when my work brings me back to Westborough.

We really enjoyed the friendly service and great facilities. The complementary continental breakfast and free coffee/tea/cocoa were great.

The only thing that we did not like was that our mattress was very firm - it would have been great just to have a mattress pad to soften it a bit, maybe a memory foam one?

Location - in the middle of a little town with lots of restaurants in walking distance Room, parking, internet, breakfast - everything as expected; good alternative to big box chain hotels.

Sports equipment needs upgrade - exercise bikes are ancient.

it was a step above a boarding house the room i booked was a king the chair in the room was old and beat out to the point you couldn't sit in it the room was like a college dorm, basketball jersey on the wall, football pillow

Breakfast doesn't start on time. Fridge in room didn't work. Gym is almost nothing. Decor is from the eighties. Over promised. Under delivered.

It was very quaint, and the owners really welcoming. There was a cute kitchen and living rm area with pool table for general use.

Did not love the shower.....

it's more homey than a chain hotel. the basement is converted into a kitchen (self serve for breakfast) and entertainment (billiard & TV) area. very nicely done. the rooms are clean and functionary. the bathroom is a bit small. Overall we really liked it

DirtyWe arrived late and could not get into our room even though we had pre-arranged the late arrival. We had no option except to wait 3 hours for staff to arrive and help.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed! Clean room. Plenty of parking. Internet access was great.

For some reason they lock up the k-cup maker at night and don't serve coffee until 6am. I had to leave for work before that time - NOT a good way to start the morning.

It is near the commerce area, the manager is really nice and thoughtful.
