Pros +

Location
It is cozy and comfortable and located just a few miles from the Norman Rockwell Museum. The proprietors are extremely hospitable and accommodating.

Cons -

Although their ad states pet friendly I would say pet intolerant. They should remove the line about being pet friendly. 2 rooms on property allow pets. The rugs in the Greylock suite are not that nice, they are dirty and tattered and should be replaced
Unfortunately, due tosub-zero temps., a water pipe froze and we had no hot water in the morning. We are New Englanders ourselves, and understand how this happens, so we didn't complain, but it was kind of inconvenient not to have hot water in the morning.
