Very caring staff, room and bathroom well equipped with convenience items, very good breakfast, interior makes one feel immediately at home, daily NYT and WSJ newspapers and on some days free home baked cookies!
Location, beautiful room, friendly innkeeper
The inn keeper was so accommodating that he even offered to drive me back to the dock for the Ferry ride over to Nantucket. The staff was great as well and always smiled and offered assistance.
not a thing!
Coutesy, friendliness and service provided by owner.
The Oak Bluffs Inn was absolutely amazing! Hotel employee made our stay one of the most enjoyable and memorable vacations in a very long time. The couple not only offers a beautiful home, along so much hospitality you will regret not staying longer!
The owners and the location.
A little pricey but expected for the location.
The manager was so hospitable and the inn feels like you are home. He was very accommodatomg and the location is close to everything.
Breakfast was ok. Cooked to order but nothing fancy relative to the price. Location is really the selling point.

Perfect location, and very comfortable, quiet room. The inn has a lot of charm, and Eric made the stay very comfortable - greeting us by name each morning, breakfast to order, and great suggestions on things to do. Loved exploring the area and just sitting on the porch facing the main road in Oak Bluffs
Everything was great - no suggestions at all
My unplanned stay at this inn, after a missed flight, turned out to be a fantastic stroke of luck. Erik’s personal greeting and warm hospitality instantly put me at ease. The homemade breakfast he cooked in the morning was delicious and a perfect start to a much better day. This is a true hidden gem, and Erik is a wonderful host.
Erik and Rhonda were gracious hosts! Providing key recommendations for what to do, where to eat, and what to avoid! Also very communicative with how to pack for our trip and what to expect. A 10 out of 10! Am planning on returning!
Breakfast great owners wonderful Great central location
Our stay at Oak Bluff Inn was great! Erik was very helpful & friendly. He called in before check in to make sure we knew the way and if we were bringing a car to MV. Our room was clean, great selection of toiletries & comfortable bed. They have snacks available for guests and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was tasty. Erik asked us each of our choices. There were also towels for beach use (we did not use but a bonus if you do end up going to the beach). Location is great central in Oak Bluff, close to all the restaurants, shops & beach.
Really nothing.
I liked everything about Oak Bluffs Inn. It was clean and charming. It felt like I was visiting a friend. Erik was there for questions or help if needed. The location was awesome being close to beach and town to walk around.
A wonderfully friendly and comfortable, slightly eccentric, older property! Great position for the shops and restaurants plus only 5 mins walk to the main bus stops and tour meeting places.
We really liked it. The cost was dramatically more than other quality B&Bs we stayed at in MA, but I am told this is due to everything in Martha’s Vineyard being surprisingly expensive.
Great owners/hosts. Fun to talk to.
All good. Nothing bad to say. There was no TV in the rooms but that makes it more of a reason to stay here.
We loved the cleanliness, a host that read my mind, sitting in those rockers in the front cuddled up in a heated blanket and just watching people as they walked by, and a shower that reminded us of home. The host is telepathic :) I thought warm cookies and there they were, I thought hot tea and had many choices! Lovely time!
Please change nothing so when we return we feel the same or better!
