- Horrible customer service. Double charged me
- The front desk manager is rude and condescending. He yelled at me because I gave a bad review. When I walked in he confronted me about my last review. He wanted to give me my money back and not stay there like he owned the place. It was very uncomfortable
- Smelled like Marijuana everywhere. People smoking everywhere. Should say no smoking on premises. Worse I've ever experienced and I have extreme allergies. My friend actually wrote to me today how disappointing it was for me to book that hotel .
