- * Reported broken AC. Not fixed during 7 day stay. Staff refused to move us to a different room. Got a box fan instead which affected our sleep quality. * No room refresh (ie: emptying garbage, fresh towels, new toilet paper rolls).
- The WiFi was out and only Connected last day of stay. The AC situation was less than desirable.?. It worked but barely.
- Only 9 parking spots, at $100 each to use (we parked elsewhere). Under the bed was dirty & behind the nightstand had the previous guests trash. The bathtub & shower were dirty & nearly unusable (worst part of stay). Tiny room. Sink slow to drain.

Everything- adorable, clean room, location, friendly staff. Wish parking was free though, since the rooms are not cheap. But..PTown has limited parking, I know :)

This was a great hotel, very comfortable and modern, and also right in the heart of town. While we weren't able to have breakfast as expected, the hotel more than made up for it, and we'll definitely be returning. Great customer service.
Staff, cleanliness, location. The staff clearly made our stay, going over and above to make sure we were happy. Having breakfast was a delight as hotel employee spoiled us with his charm and helpfulness. The room was clean, bright and very comfortable.
