Outdated/lack of modern appliances and features. Ground floor unit and the noise from above unit was LOUD. Temperature control was impossible.

The price was best comparatively to other places when booking last minute a few days before visiting Provincetown.

Location, clean and spacious, friendly gentlemen at the desk, smooth easy booking check in.

The price was excellent for the size of the place. It was really clean and did not have that cape cod musty smell. It looked rather new with the furniture. I would definitely stay at this place again

Room was very clean and some parts looked newly painted. Front desk staff was great, one tall male housecleaner bit my head off when I asked for a bag to put dirtly sheets in after my friend left. Lots of parking and large bathroom.

Slatted blinds did not really keep the light out and one kept falling down leaving a gap to the room. Front desk does not answer the phone at night.

Very dated and not clean. Polyester sheets and comforters, very bare bones facilities and pool. Guess on the cape you can get away with minimal updates and amenities and charge a maximum price. Also more of a family place and was a solo traveler.

Had a wonderful time Sandy the manager upgraded us to a great room 1 & 1/2 bathroom kitchen living room bedroom 2 TVs. It was a great surprise. Will definitely return. Thanks

Nice quaint room.

The chairs for the table were very wobbly and the sliding curtain kept falling apart not giving the feeling of privacy.

The room was beautiful and large - it had a kitchen and 1 1/2 bathrooms!

The lock for the room was extremely difficult to lock and unlock.

Great place to stay!! Clean, easy access and excellent price.

This place exceeded our expectations! We ended up with a one bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. I¿ve lived in places smaller than this. It was great. Two nice flatscreen TVs, full sized refrigerator, beautiful kitchen, full couch and more!!!

Great location and spacious rooms. Two BATHROOMS!!!! But only in the larger room that costs more but still life changing.

A bit dated but overall would highly recommend. Hope the additional fees stay reasonable

The pool was not working and apparently had been out for several months. Rooms/apts were dated and a little worn.

Room clean, comfortable, nice set up with kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Housekeeping folks were nice & helpful. Pool clean & plenty of tables, comfy lounge chairs. Enjoyed swimming. I would stay again.

If it was closer to the hub of commercial st it would be more $$$. Plus it was quiet which was another plus for me. Didn't notice any negatives.

Bed was comfy, room was ok.

We did not enjoy the shower head (as there was none) and no hot water.

Very affordable by p-town standards, included parking, and my room was a suite which included a kitchen. Only 1 mile walk in to town. I'd definitely stay here again

The room was very clean but a bit of a throwback to the 90s. My miniblinds didn't really shut right so the room was very bright at night.

It was the offseason, and the accommodations were a very good value. Noce furnishings and housekeeping tools provided

weird to have the bed close to the large windows/deck walking area but it was not busy when we were there

Pool, hottub and short bike ride to downtown Ptown were the perks. Also that it had kitchen was a bonus.

Our only complaint was that we found hair in random places in the room.
