Breakwater Hotel

What a cute, charming hotel! The room and bathroom were spic 'n' span spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I especially loved sitting outside our room and enjoying the ocean.

It's more of a motel than a hotel, but it's really cute and super clean. We loved the outdoor living room that each unit has. It was perfect for looking at the ocean that is right across the street. Bathroom was small, but room was spacious and perfect.

Response we got from the assistant manager about our dog's passing and therefore not needing a dog-friendly room was pretty short and insensitive in our opinion. We wanted them to be able to offer it to others if needed. Thought it could've been nicer.

The rooms are updated and beautiful. The view of the ocean is great. The patio furniture is a huge plus

Great location, great front desk staff. They checked me in early, and they were always very helpful and accommodating

The room was a bit too small, but it was very clean, and Nicely set up and decorated. I also had a king size bed, so the size of the room wasn¿t too major of a concern, but that was the only thing

Location is premium! Only about a mile out from Center of town and right across a small state road from the ocean! Refrigerator kept things really cold!

Little run down and outdated. Found a tick in the bed but in that area with all the tall sea grass across the street that could happen..overall pretty clean and perfect for budget or quick stop in town

The rooms were small and the beds were old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was VERY small. It was not kept up as it could have been. I would not recommend this place.

Close to town, ! great view.. nice staff!

Not enough good inside lighting , thin walls could hear every word and movement from room next door and they were not quiet, especially at 6 in the morning.

The guy manning the front desk was extremely nice . We called to explain we were arriving late and he was so accomadating .

Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Had a great view.
