    • Location

    Cons -

    • Not enough staff to handle checking in. Wanted to sit by the pool peaceful but you had music blasting. The dinner was not good at the restaurant and over priced. Not happy with my room either.
    • No problems whatsoever.
    • The P-town Inn is a bit down at the heel, at least in the main part. We were in a tiny room on the second floor overlooking the tarred roof of the first floor. Couldn't open the window for ocean breezes cuz the first floor AC blew hot air in.

I loved that the hotel was right on the water. Beautiful place to watch the sunrise/sunset. Cute little beach behind the hotel with chairs, and the pool area looked nice as well. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options.

The room was a little dated. The shower door edges were a little dirty with buildup, and the shower itself dripped despite trying to turn the handle enough to make it stop. The toilet was also very slow to flush.

Staff were very pleasant and views were amazing.

The walls were a tad thin and then water pipes??? were a bit loud.

Room really had a view - as described Great view Large Lawn Great location Plenty of parking Cleaning was on request (door sign) and efficient Never lacked towels

Corridor EXIT to carpark could be heard slamming from the room at all times. When we checked, they could not close gently¿ Wifi was weak and unreliable (not a major issue for us)

The staff was awesome, good food at their pub, pleanty of parking and location is great.

To noisy, you could hear normal conversations through the walls. I understand people are their to have fun and so was I, bur when its like everyone in the hotel is on your room its a bit much.

Great location (walkable to downtown) with plenty of parking. Nice to have a private bit of patio with deck chairs, facing the Long Point lighthouse (these are the "Cape Tip" rooms). Friendly staff. Left the bikes locked together on the patio.

Wifi disconnected too often to be useful. Mattress was too soft, so that laying on the bed, one's head slightly lower than feet. Patio area could have looked better, but it was very functional.

The room was not clean, not a functional fridge and tv, the internet was bad too

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-14-2017

    The breakfast was pretty good.

Hotel is very dated and the rooms are musty and somewhat depressing. Definitely wasn't worth the cost. Is also a trek into downtown. Our room was only partially cleaned one day and the bed was uncomfortable.

The harbor views, and views of the ocean can't be matched! We totally love the slightly tired but dignified charm of the beautiful murals, and the gorgeous wood paneled reception/common areas. Have been here before and will return!

The parking lot area is less maintained compared to the other outdoor areas that are very well tended with beautiful grassy areas and plantings. However, this has never been a "game changer" for us.

    The location is outstanding.

A bit outdated. They should replace the carpet in the lobby.
