Room, proximity ocean, pool, downtown Ptown.

— Advertised jacuzzi but broken staff extremely nonchalant about fixing “Could be fixed today, tomorrow or next week.” — Said coffee/muffins in morning “sometimes” no muffins Sat. — tried work out fitness room Sun morn but staff would not open til noon

Location on the beach and close to town is nice but not walking distance.

The cleanliness and smell of the rooms was not ideal. There is no air conditioning. Also you need to clean the room and take out your own trash in order to not be charged.

The view of the ocean was spectacular.

The room smelled. Old smell. gross smelling. Musty. It's also off season and I'm sure it's better when it's in full swing.

I went in the off season and it was windy, cold and rainy, but staying here for two days just to explore was wonderful. The room was clean, resort-like, tiny kitchenette, balcony...I can see how this would be a wonderful vacation spot in summer!

The hot tub was broken and the indoor pool was very dismal.

Check in was fast , no complications, clean place , nice location. no reason for any complaints.

The microwave was broken and the lady at the front desk kept telling us to switch the lights on and it will work!!! Crazy right!!!!

Location, it was quiet, friendly, practical for our length of stay with kitchenette, toaster, microwave, fridge that was just the right size to hold our groceries for the 5 days we were there.

It was hard to find positive attributes about this hotel.

This hotel was incredibly overpriced for its location and the quality of the facilities. The building was incredibly run down. The door handle literally fell off in my hand when opening the closet. Checkout was also very early and check in was late.

Awesome location. We were intown for Halloween weekend. Needed to sleep, shower, snack and go! Easy to get to...Uber to town. Will be back in the summer. Was a 1 room studio so not alot of privacy with travel companion

Old ,run down, Musty smelling, bedding was not clean,I think the mattress is as old as Sandcastle

I liked the location the best, not to far from down town, everyone was really nice, easy check in and out.

It needs updates, It was what I expected, My daughter loved it, That¿s all that mattered to me

This was very clean and didn't have any "musty cottage" smell that most places on the Cape seem to have. The location is perfect!

I would love to see them update the TV's and the dated decor! Also an 11:00am check out - especially off season - would be helpful.

Great price and location. The room isn't big but well designed with a murphy bed and kitchenette.

Hot water runs out in prime time (shower before 9:00am)
