Pros +
- The location was extremely convenient. The Breakfast was made to order so it was fresh and not buffet style. The staff were great, the manager was A-1! Definitely will be back this summer.
- Clean and attentive staff
- The location and the staff.
Cons -
- Bathroom was inadequate
- Parking in a different area.
- The only point to add is that our room was described as dog friendly. However, the stairs upstairs could be dangerous for a dog. This is because there is no backing on the stair risers.

I loved the hotel and the location.

EVERYTHING! Elizabeth & her team were exceptionally warm & competent! Surprisingly, the OVE, smart toilet with heated seat & bidet,(remote controlled), contributed to our unforgettable, funny,(in the clean category...literally, CLEAN! memories. Haa haa :)
No!
This hotel was one of my all time favorite places to stay. It had a great location our room was clean the room's had such character and the service was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel for your next Provincetown stay!
Room was nice, clean and matched specifications advertised.
Curtains were very thin and, as a result, the room was bright as soon as the sun came up. Makes it difficult to sleep in. Black out or darker curtains would be much better.
The owners/innkeepers were very nice and inviting. They were more than accommodating to us. Very cool, eclectic style. Would definitely stay again!
Great location, very charming, great staff .
The towels felt old, rough and scratchy. The mattress was ok .
Loved the location and how close to commercial street it is. The ceilings are nice and high. The ac kept the room very cool. The shower had good temperature adjustment
There were multiple gnat flies. Unsure if it is from the open drains in the bathroom or if a previous person had spoiled food.
Lovely surroundings with plants and trees all around. Lots of shade and comfort. Location ideal.. very central. Easy to park. Large light room. Very clean. Very convenient in-suite bathroom. Quiet. Cosy.
Room looked a bit tired but clean.
Location was near the center of everything. Lovely garden in center of the rooms. Very quiet and welcoming staff.
Lovely grounds. Comfortable beds.
Housekeeping was hit and miss. Twice I asked for my room to be made up and it wasn’t.
This was the perfect location! Only one block from Commercial St but far enough to be quiet for sleeping. The room was very large and had all the amenities you could ask for. The outside grounds are lovely too!
The breakfast was not something we would have enjoyed. We would prefer homemade offerings like quiche, home baked goods, fresh fruits etc.
This was a great hotel for a weekend in Ptown. It's right in the middle of downtown, enabling us to park our car and not touch it again until it was time to leave. They had a bike rack on the property, where we could conveniently store our bikes, which we used to get to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and made it very easy to check in and out, with excellent communication. The in-unit kitchen was a nice bonus, especially with the full fridge & freezer available. Plus, the shared outdoor seating areas with fireplaces were a nice surprise! We would stay here again!
No complaints
The location and the quaintness of the space and the property made for a wonderful vacation spot. It is one block from Commercial Street, but it's quiet and peaceful in the rooms and on the property.
The location couldn’t have been better. I went to shows every night and only had to walk 1-3 blocks to the venues. It was so convenient to be able to walk back to my room from anywhere on Commercial or Bradford streets to cool off as it was very hot, or to rest up before shows. No car needed! My room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, especially with a ceiling fan.
There was nowhere to put toiletries in the small bathroom with a tiny sink (Christopher room). But that’s a minor point, the only thing I found lacking with my room. I just put my toiletries on the bedside table right next to the bathroom.
Excellent location and staff.
Stairs are norrow and short.
Close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Lovely courtyard - very private. Patricia in the front office was phenomenal.
Small room.
The staff is so welcoming and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable. Shower room was great too. The property has a sweet garden with benches and a koi pond for relaxing. The location was prefect, right in the heart of town but tucked away and quiet for a good nights rest. Parking was included and easy to get to.
We had an AC unit in our room which worked fine and it was a cool night (70’s) but it was a little close. It may not be strong enough for those hot summer nights of 80+.
