    Pros +

    • Hotel was recently renovated and they did an extremely nice job. Room was immaculate and the maid was top notch. The continental breakfast was nicely laid out. All staff was very pleasant.
    • Friendly staff. Great, quiet location in town on 6A near Main Street, the town's boutiques, grocery stores, Dunkin', JoMama's, CVS, The Corner Store. Nice for an evening walk! New beds, paint, carpeting; plenty of towels & toiletries.
    • Good location. Clean inside the room. The landscaping in the back needed attention, the pool could have been alot cleaner, the pool area needed wiping of chairs

    Cons -

    • The one thing that bothered me was even thought our rear window to the room was a little higher off the ground the lock was missing. The only other thing I would have liked to have was a safe in the room - other than that we will definitely be back.
    • Really wish they had a microwave oven in the rooms.
    • No, I got a great night's sleep and the shower was a welcome change from some other places that give the patron a tepid stream.

It was a basic motel in many ways, but that's why I chose it. Well located, very clean rooms, great shower and most importantly, a killer a/c system. Bed was very comfortable.

This is an affordable, clean motel in a wonderful location. The staff works hard to make sure their guests have everything they need. It is a very basic place, but there are some perks like a keurig machine, volleyball, picnic tables, and basic breakfast.

Staff was great - Room could use repair - wallpaper - stains on ceiling- painting Not a deal breaker for the price though Overall - fine

spacious room, they let us check in late and check out early, very accommodating. inly 35 minutes away from ptown

    peeling paint, no showerhead installed

Staff was interesting, friendly, and helpful. Pool was beautiful and just the right temperature. Location was excellent; walking distance to downtown activities, but not too noisy from traffic.

Yes, the carpets were not clean! And the a/c did a very poor job of cooling down our room. The carpets appear to never be cleaned. They should be replaced. The a/c was a VERY NOISY in-window a/c and was on full blast the entire time for little comfort.

Work hours 8am-9pm, I show up [after booking] at 9:01 pm - nobody was around, neither of 2 listed [on door] phones answered, had to go back to Hyannis to find room to sleep - lost min 2 hours, because my destination was Wellfleet.

    Nice

Being in a room near the dumpster

The location was perfect for using the bike trail. The staff was great, breakfast was great and featured local baked goods. Everything was very clean and neat. Overall was a great place to stay.

The lights at night outside the room were a bit bright, the shades could have been darker, but we still slept really well.

My wife is in a wheelchair and the floors were hard surfaced and not carpet. Carpet makes much more difficulty in moving a wheelchair around for her. Also, she was able to get through the bathroom door in her wheelchair, you’d be surprised how many hotel rooms have a bathroom door that is narrow and what not except a wheelchair. There was just one little 6 inch tall step to get into the room that did not hinder us in getting her through it. Would definitely recommend.

6 inch tall step to get into the room which proved to be a minor issue getting a wheelchair into the room, but not very much.

Short drive from where we needed in Cape Cod.Breakfast.Comfortable bed.Great wifi.

Dirty floor. Felt as if the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Very clean, quiet at night. Nice backyard. The staff is just super! Location is comfortable. The Mid-Cape Highway is a 2-minute drive away. Nauset Beach is a 5–7-minute drive away. There are many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The Brewster Arts Center is a 5-minute drive away. Comfortable beds. Cleanest linens.

There is no microwave in the room. Very old chairs on the back porch. The neighbors talk loudly under our windows morning and evening. Listening to their conversations is uninteresting.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The maid did a great job cleaning the room. It is close to a lot things. Everyone was friendly.

The tub was a little slippery. The TV is going to be need to be replaced soon. It has blurry lines in the middle.

Old motel that was in pretty good shape nice breakfast

Continue renovations still needs some tender loving care

    9EmilyPosted on: 10-2-2025

The host was gracious despite my late evening arrival and the morning coffee in the breakfast area was excellent! The room was quite spacious, the bed comfortable, and everything clean as a whistle.

    8TatianaPosted on: 9-16-2025

Breakfast is typical for motels: yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread, oatmeal in packets, coffee, milk etc. There is a capsule coffee machine in the rooms. Cleaning is excellent. The bed is comfortable; the linens are excellent. It's quiet at night. Road noise doesn't disturb sleep. The location is excellent. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.5-10 minutes' drive to several beautiful beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis.

The windows and the radiator in the bathroom are very old and need replacing. This would improve the impression of the hotel. It would also be nice to write the room numbers on the parking spaces. There is no microwave in the room, but you can use the microwave in the office until 9.30 pm.It would be nice to have armchairs or a sofa in the room.

The breakfast is really good for a motel (hardboiled eggs, Chobani, pancakes, baked goods). They're clearly trying to improve the rooms (nice furnishings, bathrooms). Staff was great.

The bones of the hotel are old. So even though they've done a good job with things like furnishings, the ceilings are low, the rooms are carpeted (ours smelled a bit damp), so there's only so much they can compensate. Also they should get blackout curtains.

    8LindaPosted on: 9-9-2025

Breakfast was not fancy but more than adequate. Place was very clean and the room was large.

Would have like to have had sheer curtains on the windows in addition to the drapes so that you could let in the sunlight without giving up privacy.
