What Guests Loved

Pros +
- Absolutely beautiful location and very accommodating staff
- They really do whatever it takes to meet their customers needs. They are helpful without being intrusive. They are a full service hotel! We loved all the little details that made it special. Overall wonderful stay..thanks! Loved the beautiful cake:)
Cons -
- The thermometer in the room was fickle and difficult to use. We would set the temp to 67 (we like it cooler to sleep). In the middle of the night, we would wake up warm and the t-stat was back at 70. It seemed to constantly reset to 70.
- Please buy Keurigs for each room. We just wanted hot water for tea and we initially had to go to the bar. Unfortunately, it was $6 with tip for hot water and a tea bag. I asked at the front desk and they had a tea kettle sent to our room free of charge.
