It is clean, and has a resort style feeling when you enter it

It is a basic hotel - like a holiday inn - way too expensive for the location and what you get but it is Nantucket.

We were supposed to stay at the hotel on 7/27 and 7/28. Because of fog, we were unable to get to Nantucket from Warwick, RI. I know the cancellation policy but some sort of compensation would be appreciated.

the bath was old and not very clean.

The people, from the greeters at the front desk to the waitstaff and maitre'd were friendly, knowledgeable, attractive and professional. The breakfast was superb. Fresh great food served in a warm and welcoming environment.

The wall between our room and the man next door was thin. I could hear his heated 2am conversation. We were given a full sized bed and needed a queen or king.

Room was nice, staffs were friendly, breakfast was included, free shuttle to downtown and ferry. There's a bar and a pool inside. The inn is beautiful.

Exceptional service and the shuttle was a great help in getting to and from town or the beach.

No on-site restaurant for dinner.

I loved absolutely everything. The staff were super nice. The shuttle bus was an absolute plus since they recommend you not to being your car. Indoor pool was another plus since it wasn't that hot outside.I highly recommend you stay here.

It was across from the airport and had a shuttle to downtown. Plenty of parking.

Nobody was at the hotel bar … the hotel was pretty much dead even though it was at full capacity. No free water in room for the coffee machine. The rooms smelled musty. Patio furniture needed to be cleaned looked very dirty.

The lobby was beautiful! The lobby bar very modern and had a good selection of apps and snacks. The shuttle service made the trip so easy to get in and out of of town. The staff was very friendly.

Great looking hotel, good price, nice and clean.

A little closer to town would be better but the van shuttle back and forth to town is nice.

The television was huge for the size of the room. The creamer in the room was sour. The tortilla chips with the crab dip were extremely stale.

Walkable from airport, directly across the street. Friendly staff. Cozy room.

I loved the friendliness and professionalism of the staff! The shuttle to and from town and to and from the beach were perfect!
