Location

The steps leading to my room are not regulation size. I slipped going down and nearly fell.

They value safety for their guest. Extra understanding to children, exceptional staff.

Breakfast could have more options for fods without sugar.

The staff at the Inn were terrific. They were kind and helpful especially the gentleman at the front desk. He offered a variety of useful and enjoyable suggestions regarding things to do and sites to see.

All of the front desk staff were amazing. They gave us detailed information about several of our destinations close by. The location was great. We initially only booked one night but decided to make this our home base and we stayed 5 nights instead.

Customer service was above and beyond! Cliff and Liam were very helpful. Great location

Location was ideal for travel to Martha¿s Vineyard, Nantucket and Cape Cod.

Had a little bit of a musty smell. But was clean and comfortable.

The person on duty ( at the counter was an elderly man, He asked if my wife and I needed help with our baggage. I replied, No. While we were getting our bags out of our vehicle, he came out and took our luggage to our room. ). WOWWWWWW !!!!

Wonderful reception! Let us check-in 2 hours early, and offered us 1:00 check-out! Lovely room, fresh and clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool available but chilly! Great offerings on continental breakfast spread.

All wonderful, no cons.

The hotel was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful when recommending things to do in the area! The rooms could use a bit of updating but they were extremely clean, which is priority #1 whenever we travel!

Very random, but the room didn¿t have any outlets near the bed. Not a huge deal, but as someone who is always afraid of not hearing their alarm in the morning it would be nice! Also the bathroom was a bit small for our liking.

Great location close to central of town and ferry

Breakfast eating area Near the indoor pool doesn't provide for the best eating experience. Smell of chlorine a major distraction. Also the coffee was quite weak. Had to go out to Dunkin to get a real cup of coffee

Nothing. They wouldn't allow me to stay there because I am a cape cod resident

I did not like that they wouldn't allow me to stay there because I am a cape cod resident but still let me book the room and held my money for days.

2nd floor room. no elevator so had to carry suitcase up a flight of stairs

Nice room. Good location. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Even though they don¿t have a breakfast area, they use the pool area to serve breakfast which is very nice of the hotel.

Try to get tea bags for evening and morning tea, the lady who managed the service station was not happy. She said those are for breakfast.

The Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was excellent with walking access to pretty much the whole town

I didn't really have any negative experience with anything at this hotel

Bice place frendly staff and clean rooms

Friendly Staff   helped with tickets to Nantucket. Saved us a  bunch of money. It was very helpful to park our bikes in the pool area.
