Good location, close to the mall. Our room was updated, clean, and quiet.

I didn't like the $70 PER NIGHT incidental charge. It's like paying double for the room! So stupid. The fridge made a high pitch sound half the time that was really awful. And the bathroom (toilet and shower) area is still tiny, despite the renovations

There was construction of an entire new wing going on. The room had NO hot water the entire time I was there. It was icy cold (we had an end room). I’m a disabled senior and I got sick on the 3rd day there and couldn’t have moved rooms.

Large clean rooms, quiet even though we were near the stairs and ice machine. Pool was clean and warm and open for 12 hours a day. Plenty of parking, convenient location except it's on a one-way part of the road.

They removed the hot tub, not sure why since everything is indoors? The bathroom (toilet and tub/shower) was quite small with the sink outside the bathroom and right next to the door which was odd. Bed seemed comfy but my back still hurt in the morning.

You advertised a hot tub but there wasn't one.

Passable breakfast. Lots of free parking. HVAC worked well. Accepted dogs but pet fee was $30. Sheets were more or less clean, but definitely well worn.

Generally dingy. Grime around light switches and elsewhere. TV remote was sticky, gooey and didn't work. This is about as low as you can go before opting to sleep in your car.

I booked this hotel for the Hot Tub was looking so forward to it. THEY FILLED IT IN WITH CEMENT still advertising hot tub would not refund me

Was not u front regarding hot tub and fitness center is 3 machines in a closet.

It was a place to stay.

1. The hotel was under construction 2. They don?t mention or inform of that upon booking 3. The rooms was trash and not clean 4. Demolition work was being done on floor where guest is staying 5. Breakfast is served in construction area

We stayed in a pet friendly room at the hotel which offered outside access and had tile floors instead of carpet. Fortunately is was easy to keep the entry way clean even though it snowed every day we were there.

The pool was foggy. I chose this hotel for the pool mainly, but I was never able to use it due to being foggy

The ice machine was great. The lady at the front desk at check in was the friendliest staff I found there.

Have to go to the front desk for towels because they don?t have housekeeping at a later time which was inconvenient having kids with me. Bleach stains were on the carpets in the hallways. The shower was temp was horrible and tub was slippery and we fell.

Thr carpet in by the room was so dirty it was sticky & could not br barefoot on it. Breakfast was labeled eggs yet there was meat IN the eggs & as a vegetarian that is wholly unacceptable

The staff is amazing and the price was also reasonable.

We didn't have any soaps in our room and had to go to the front desk. Don't like the pool hours, they could be longer.

I got there at 1:00 a.m. and the person on duty had no idea how to check me in and tried to convince me to put and almost $400 hold on my debit card when I'd already paid for the room. It took an hour to check in, 2AM

My room was filthy, I moved the nightstand because I dropped something and there were French fries under there, spicy! After my check-in experience I still had to go see the manager to have a refund process because they still put a hold on my card

Poor quality of bedding and towels. Very used, discolored ( brown instead of white) and almost have holes, see through in many sports. Room was dirty. Poor breakfast.

The pool and hot tub

No service, ran out of towels and toilet paper, had to get it out self, TV channels were out dated, men were working out side of our door and made a lot of noise trying to get my dogs attention yelling laughing, I ran over a set screw and my tires flat.

The staff were friendly and diverse. It was a nice location to the mall, stores, gas station, beaches. The time I went wasn¿t crowded so we had a lot of private access the the pool area and breakfast.

The pool and hot tub looked a little murky. It didn¿t have the smell of chlorine. The room smelled a little funky. The sheets and blankets had visible stains. Our room was near the elevator and it was out of service and it made noise all night.
