Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Hyannis Cape Cod

Indoor pool was clean

Room was dirty. TV did not work. Mold and peeling paint in bathroom, no working fan in bathroom to suck out moisture. Linens dirty.

not much

Very stained bedspread, toilet not so clean, moldy air conditioner in wall unit.

We've stayed at this hotel several times, for the same event each year, great location, great price, comfy beds.

I loved the fact that the room was affordable. Thank you for that. I loved the fact that it's just a walk from the Steamship also. I look forward to my next stay there.

Not really, It was sufficient for all my needs. Nice clean, quiet room.

emplacement, réfrigérateur, espace. piscine intérieure, aide du personnel pour récupérer un appareil que j'ai oublié dans la pièce.

Floor not clean when we arrive. Microwave absent.

We had a room that was so very clean also extremely roomy. The size of our room was so impressive. The pool was very clean & relaxing.we. absolutely loved our stay here.

Nope!

Very clean and the indoor pool was wonderful! The owners were very helpful and kind. They had warm towels put by the pool after a lovely swim.

The only negative thing was the bathroom smelled like people were smoking in it.

Clean, newly renovated. Great shower. Easy walk to downtown

Rust stain in toilet

Clean, not noisy, and well appointed

Cleanliness, hot water, water pressure and all the amenities included.

It was very close to the Main St. shops and public beaches.

I sprained my ankle the week before I arrived and their handicapped rooms did not have a walk-in shower so I was afraid to use the tub to shower the days I was there.

The location was good and all the important things were fine. It had comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The beds were made every day.

I had two star expectations and that was fully met.

Price, staff, location

Linens could use some bleach.

I would say the location and price are the best things about this hotel. Also the free parking.

It appears the hotel has undergo renovations which are appreciated but there are some signs of wear and tear already. Cleanliness could also be improved.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was also, everything was clean, the bed super comfy and extra pillows were great! The location at the edge of town was perfect, easy to walk to everything. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Check in quick and easy Room was extremely clean !

For the price it was above expectations More motels in the area should have this standard of cleanliness

The best thing is that this place is so close to everything. I was able to walk everywhere.

Thw wifi wasn't great at all so it made working a little tough. The bed wasn't great but acceptable. The room was just older and needs a face lift.

Very clean!

Overcrowded WiFI(weak WiFi), old furniture.

Location to the ferry . Pools were good

It's definitely an old motel. Towels adequate but not plush. Suggest they get rid of carpet

Location, lots of parking, very friendly stuff

Rooms are very old and dirty.
