Had a stove and a microwave in the room. The hotel was nice and bright. Check in was easy. Staff was very accommodating.

The parking lot was tight. It is really meant to park cars not trucks.

Hair in the bathroom from previous guests or housekeeping, there was a sliding door near our room that the lock was broken and stayed open all night, hotel was secure.

Pros: bed was comfy and location was excellent.

Very small room. Bathroom door would not stay open - it literally kept swinging shut. Poor water pressure in shower, and shower didn't drain. AT ALL. WiFi did not work. Towels were dirty. Parking was tight. TV in a weird spot - couldn't watch in bed

Location, location, location almost everything is within 10 minute walk and the front desk staff was awesome!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The woman at the front desk was very kind and gave us restaurant recommendations. Our room was very spacious and had very nice furniture. Everything was clean. The free breakfast had good options.

The only issue is that the parking lot is a little tight. We had no trouble getting a spot, though. We didn't even have to drive much because the hotel is right next to Main Street, so we walked everywhere.

Excellent location and beautifully decorated rooms. Bed very comfortable, furniture pretty much new. Very clean. Staff was exceptional including owners! Around the corner from stores, restaurants and cafes. Down the street from ferries to MV and Nantucket

The hotel was clean and provided amenities in the room. It was in close proximity to both shopping and restaurants, as well as the harbor.

The hotel was easy to get to. Check in and out was very quick. The room was large and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the security of the room. The door lock was very flimsy. I didnt have any issues but the potential for issues is definitely there.

Due to unsufficient day light and a lack of fresh air it was dark and not very inviting. Breakfast was very basic.

Needs better breakfast options or partner with local restaurant to offer breakfast deals for those attending.

Very clean. Close to all good spots in Hyannis. In between Main Street and Harbor. Comfy king bed.
