Comfort Inn Hyannis - Cape Cod

The staff were helpful and cheerful. They helped us get through the loss of power and heat due to the Blizzard of 26, when all of Cape Cod lost power for several days. Hotel employees were just great.

Breakfast was wonderful! Staff very friendly. Liked that had rooms designated for guests with dogs. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Room and some parts of hotel could use updating. Bathtub was tarnished and old looking although wall tiles seemed upgraded. Fridge did not have freezer section to put our ice packs in. Wasn?t aware outside pool under construction, no workout room

Beds are soft.

no hot water from checkin 1/7 - checkout 1/8 manger told me to go to hell bc I wanted to know how I would be compensated for no hot water in 19 degree freezing temps. Never stay here ever!

Helpful staff and great location. The Cape Cod Central RR was just across the street and I enjoyed their luncheon tour. You should promote it.

The breakfast was unappealing because the egg dish was like rubber.

The hotel is hated and dated. A coat of paint on the walls a pergo flooring is not much of a remodel. The hotel is a time warp to 1960

It was quiet. They had a decent breakfast. I was happy to find they had an indoor pool and spa. When I've seen pictures of the hotel, I only saw the outdoor one, so this was a great discovery.

Hotel easy walk to downtown Hyannis and ferry terminal to the islands. Also centrally located on the Cape to reach Provincetown by car in an hour and Falmouth in 30 mins. King bed was very comfortable.

Dog friendly for a fee about $40 a night after tax plus you have to book a pet friendly room which runs about $20 more a night than a typical room. The pet policy at hotel states you cannot leave dog in room unattended, this is not clear when booking.

AT 10:30 IN THE NIGHT someone tried scanning a key at my door. the dead bolt was on so thankfully it rejected it. I called the front desk & they CASUALLY told me that it was the security going around to make sure all doors are closing properly. No apology

Good location. A lot of restaurants are in walking distance.Hotel employee was super friendly and helpful. He needs a raise!

The wall are SUPER THIN!! The people next doors bed was against the wall with ours. We heard every word like we were in the same room. So when they were getting it on it was a bit unpleasant. We heard EVERYTHING.

Owners/ hotel mgmt literally ask me to "conserve" toilet paper and towels and to limit water usage.. Hotel mgmt told me no leftover food was allowed in the in-room refrigerator. Room cleanliness was not good. Price for room not worth it

Great location and large room.

We got locked out of the room due to low battery on the door lock, no one knew how to change the batteries. Room service opened the door when we were sleeping and kept knocking on the day we were checking out .

Wi-Fi did not work well in the room and progressively got worse each day in the lobby

Very Clean Good Location Food Staff very attentive to keep food hot and plentiful.

Some of the desk staff were not knowledgeable or helpful Leo at desk: Unprofessional. Needs retraining in how to service guests. TV contract with Comcast is deplorable. Eggs were not as good as in other Comfort Inns.

They charge an additional $40 per NIGHT to have a pet there. Which is ridiculous!¿

The location was perfect within walking distance of bus and train depot! Close to restaurants

No automatic doors so difficult to open doors with luggages

Comfortable bed, sheets and pillow.

Internet not so good but neither was the 5G
