Convience where we needed to be

Assigned a room, turned on the ac unit and it sparked... Moved to another room and had to go back to desk as key wouldn't open door. Elevator needs some work it sounds like it is going to break.

Yes I would like a refund people were arguing all night bed had red stuff all over it and was very uncomfortable on the couch wasn?t fair at all and I told the front desk they refused to do anything about it I think a refunds in order

Everything seemed generally clean, worked well, and looked good. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was plenty and the coffee was pretty good.

I did not like how you could not have the AC fan running continuously in the room. When the AC got to temp and shut off it was too quiet and there was nothing left to make the noises in the hotel.

The customer service was great when we had an issue w the room and our neighbors

We rented this hotel mainly for the pool for our daughter and it was VERY COLD. And jets were not running didn¿t seem as clean as it could be.

It was clean, quiet, and the staff were very respectful and attended to anything I needed. I'm going to use some of this space to continue from the bottom. The second thing I didn't like was that there was no restaurant inside or room service.

Simple things like the phone in my room wasn't working. So every time I needed to speak to the front desk I had to walk to the office and speak to someone in person. Not really a big deal, but if you're going to have phones, make sure they are working.

They required a $50 hold be put on my card when I checked in, tv wasn¿t plugged in neither was the phone and the front desk clerk was really rude somewhat racist.

This place was terrible. The rooms are outdated, the carpet was disgusting. Felt super unsafe in the area And had kids with me. Ended up not staying and requested a refund but kept getting the run around by the front desk and managers.

I was driving through a heavy storm and decided to book this room for the night.

When I got to the hotel, all power was out. I appreciated the flashlight handed out. The hotel had not regained power by am. It was too cold to take a shower & no hot water, etc. the staff was kind and friendly. I got to sleep, but that¿s it.

The hotel's location is ideal for where I am visiting. It's clean and very welcoming.

You have to ask to get your room serviced. I was there for a week and only had one visit by the cleaning people. Making a bed in a hotel should not be the guest's responsibility.

nice breakfast buffet in the morning. fresh coffee. good variety

the bathroom ceiling was peeling. caulk around the soap holder needed to be re-done. otherwise room was clean.

Pretty far out of city.

The bed was to hard and uncomfortable, usaually you have a microwave and a safe in the room and this hotel did not provide that. The main reason i book the hotel was to use the pool and when i got there they did not have the pool available to the public.

Close to interstate 495

This hotel needs a complete makeover. It would have been out of date five years ago. It is dark, shopworn and feels dirty.

Pool closed. Rooms smelled of cigarettes. Mold in bathroom. Disgusting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Could be cleaner. Found some dog kibble on the carpet when first entering.

The room smelled a bit funny and you could tell that it needed to be cleaned better. Also would have liked the room better if it had at least came with a microwave in it.

I had requested a 1st floor room & microwave. Hotel had neither available when I checked in . Found that a little hard to believe as hotel wasn¿t full capacity
