Staff were friendly

It was not clean. Breakfast was very limited.

THE LOCATION

The breakfast was not good. comparing to the breakfast at other Best Western, this is bad. Not hot meal and ad say contintent break fast

Great staff, good breakfast options.

Need clean common trash receptacles on each floor outside the rooms.

It had beds

Pretty much everything. It looked like it should be torn down and rebuilt! The wall paper was falling off on every wall, big chunks of paint hanging down from the shower ceiling, the window would not close. I could go on and on.

nothing apart from friendly but useless front desk staff.

All facilities closed for construction. Never saw any work going on all week. Grab and go breakfast a Joke. (muffin or pastry) No pool or fitness centre. rooms only serviced ever 7 days. had to ask for trash to be taken and cups replaced. never happen

It is advertised as having a hot tub and a pool on site and when I got there they said oh sorry it's under construction if that is do it should be added online it is out of commission for the time being

Is in a good place, near to the mall where you find food, clothe and much more

Cleabe por, is to dark inside, not pool, not, gym, no breafast orrible service, room smell very bad

24 hour coffee and good breakfast selection considering the limited size of the facility.

I didn't get too many bedbug bites.

Bedbugs. Unsafe conditions. No pool/hot tub for at least six months although both advertised by you and Best Western. Abandoned construction site partially unfenced so anyone, included children, (toys found in construction) could enter and get hurt.

Pool was closed, Trash piled up in hallway, halls were dirty and not kept up with, intoxicated guests which caused police to be called and someone getting arrested for urinating in the hallway.

Location and staff

Outdated rooms not what the pictures online show, rooms smell like stale smoke/ weee, hallways dark, rooms were not clean, thankfully my child ask for me to turn the shower on otherwise she would of burnt herself !

Absolutely nothing ! It was FILTHY! Entrance area smelt like a huge ash tray ... room had awful odor as well Room was in the basement area and view from window was of garbage ! Both queen beds had huge sags in them! We didn't stay !

It was more like a motel that clearly was housing unfortunate residents ! Very outdated and dirty! Pool and gym were both closed .. both mattresses had huge sags in them and room we were put in was in the basement ! You should go check this place out!

The staff were friendly

There was a loud aggressive dog two doors down barking, the room looked unclean. No one dared to take a shower in it. There was a very clear drug deal in the hallway and multiple people tried to open my door. and it sounded like a bowling alley upstairs

The hotel advertized as have g a pool.. They did not. Also advertized as having breakfast, they had packaged muffins that we're old tasting. The tv in our room did not work and the shower was dirty.

I liked the cleanliness and the location the best.

I believe there are safety issues. The clientele is way below par. Many people don¿t appear to even be guests. The side doors are open to anyone who wants to enter without a key pass. Again, the rooms are being rented to shady characters.

The price/night was reasonable. The location was excellent. Most importantly, the room was nice and clean. Cleanliness is definitely the most important factor for me.

The clientele seemed to be disproportionately unkept. Loud, rude, and obnoxious. Why?

The price per night was extremely reasonable. I was most appreciative of the cleanliness of the room. A very clean room, is what I look for, first and foremost.

Too noisy at night! I believe this hotel houses, people in need, homeless, etc., and many, not all, of these residents, do not adhere to basic common courtesies.

Very dirty room, strong marijuana smell in the hallways and coming out of other rooms, not enough towels and the noice from other rooms was loud. Keycards to the rooms did not work. Management was not helpful

Leaving it

The woman at the front desk was rude ,not so much to me as the party in front of me. Housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 8:30 in the morning.Way overpriced compared to where you can get in the area and better quality

Love the old world charm.. It's so peaceful and cozy feels like you are in your own apartment. The hot water is the the hook. Awesome!!!!
