Hampton Inn Franklin/Milford

Room was clean and loaded with enough towels for everyone. Close to shopping and Dean College.

The only meat at breakfast was sausage. I don't like sausage. It would have been nice to have bacon and potatoes.

Clean, friendly staff, eco-friendly personal care products, spacious comfy room and truly pet friendly.

I like a bath tub and this one has lovely showers, which I suspect most people prefer.

Newly and nicely renovated. Super friendly staff. Comfy bed. Good climate control. Per friendly and clean@

Proximity to event I was attending.

The room we reserved 2 beds was unavailable upon check in. The desk clerk advised that we now had a king and a pull out couch. When I politely expressed my displeasure with only one bed. I was told "well you were sharing a room anyways, a couch". I

Clean room, comfortable bed, great staff. Very good breakfast and coffee. Close to major highway- convenient.

The lower height toilet is not so good for older guests.

Welcoming. Hospitality. Although respectful of any Covid concerns, staff , environment and services were great.: lights on, no taped off areas like a prison- especially pleased with have continental breakfast and coffee! Also the desk staff was very nice

I know this may just be my own preference but the bed was VERY firm.

Convenient location

Just the fact that the signage for the snack area isn’t prominent so we thought they were free and they weren’t which is fine , it just needs better signage :)

The cleanliness was outstanding

The women when we checked in was so rude, she also was the same when we checked out. I have never had anyone at a hotel like that before so it was not good.

The check in and check out were very quick and easy. Staff is super friendly. Free 24 hour coffee. Ice and drink vending machines on each floor.

The trash baskets need to be larger.

We could hear talking and the tv in the room next door. It seemed like our neighbors were talking at a regular volume, but we could still hear it through the wall.

Nice size room. Had a microwave and mini fridge which was nice as I was there for 5 nights. The free breakfast was good and it was easy to find a table even with the so many guests.

It was a bit out of the way but it made for a nice, quiet location.

It is close to Wrentham Outlets and Joe's Restaurant. The front desk staff were great and were able to accommodate our connecting rooms request. The breakfast had been upgraded with many more choices and extras. Rooms had microwaves and fridges.

Easily accessible - off the beaten path. There are restaurants nearby. Breakfast is adequate.

We stay here every year so there were no surprises. I was taken aback by the fact that housekeeping(?) tapped on our door and attempted to enter at 7:40 a.m. when checkout isn't until 11:00!!!

The front desk people were busy on the computer and didn't take time to acknowledge our presence at desk...would be nice to receive a nod and "be w you in a moment"....

Great location, easy to get to. Lots of seating for breakfast and coffee in the evenings, so you didn't feel crowded or that you had to rush because others were waiting to sit.
