That they haven¿t fixed the pool or hot tub for years because they¿re cheap yet they still advertise as if they have it

All the staff we encountered were super nice and so helpful.

There was a mild pet smell. I believe the hotel allows pets so I am assuming it was from that.

Filthy dirty very loud late at night,breakfast sucked!!!

No working pool, the hotel advertised the pool is available. Never reopened after Covid! It was a scam. Room next door- I could hear every word of people arguing next door at midnight, creams and yelling, dogs barking , couldn¿t sleep.

The location was great for our conference event. The staff was very helpful in checking in and the restaurant staff was very helpful.

not enough towels in the room but the staff soon accommodated my needs.

The whole purpose of our trip was to swim in the pool and it was closed. Website gave no indication it was closed. Ruin our whole trip and wasted my money! Oven was broke so not much options for breakfast! AC in room was making loud noises!

The room was not very clean, behind the bed there was a package, a lot of dust and the bathroom sink had a dirt crust. There were spider webs too. But the room was big, the only thing missing was better cleaning.

Room was spacious & comfortable

The remote to the TV did not,had to change it out, gentleman at the desk was very helpful

Everything. Dirty room. Smelled like dirty animals. Sheets dirty. Bathroom dirty. Staff looked very confused and never helped.

Adequate shelter

The pool and hot tub are closed. They've been closed for weeks. This isn't noted in any way when one makes a reservation, or anywhere on the hotels' webpage. However, there is a laminated card in each room that lets guests know. By then, it is too late.

Nice variety of breakfast items

Very dirty hallways, dented walls, inattentive staff, I chose this deal due to the indoor pool, which was not open, which was extremely disappointing

The bed was comfortable.

Hallway carpets were filthy. Not much water pressure in the shower.

Hallway,stairway carpets not very clean, need vacuuming. Laundry room floor filthy until we showed it to room cleaning workers,who then cleaned it quickly. No room servicing unless guest stays 7+ days.Guest must request towel changes.255 character limit

Location for sure, close to Gillette stadium.

We booked the hotel for the pool, and the pool was not up and running.

First off they said the had a pool no pool available no hot water hair and pink mold in the shower hair on the countertop in bathroom

This hotel says it offers a pool but when I called to confirm after I had already booked their pool was out of service. You should not be offering a pool if it is not available. I specifically put in the search that I wanted to pool and breakfast.

The room was filthy. Sticky floors and the room wreaked of old cigarette smoke.

Dirty,noisy, broken down

Pool and hot tub was not open. Toilet had been used and not flushed. Disgusting to see feces left in the toilet

The room was fantastic.

This hotel was chosen over another hotel because of its amenities. I wanted the pool and hot tub so I picked this hotel. This hotel is lazy and never reopened their pool and hot tub after Covid yet still project it as an amenity on its website
