No room service

Location to the event we were attending.

Came back to room at between 10-10:30pm door key inoperable, notified front desk, was told I was stressing her out. Waited over two hours to get into my room, not a big deal for me but with children and 12:30pm yeah, it's a big d customer service

Thermostat was installed next to window and delivery vent, as a result, the room temperatures varied widely and the room would become uncomfortably warm before the a/c would come on but only to shut off just as the bed area of the room began to cool.

The cleanliness and the lobby smelled so good.

The bar was closed the night I arrived. And although the hotel was empty we were given a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the hvac system.

The pool and gym area were beautiful! The first room we were in the sink was not draining, I went to the front desk and they immediately got us into a new room. The staff was great and very accommodating.

Everything was great.

It was welcoming, nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable bed.

The Renaissance was very accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early and providing us with sheets for the sofa bed as soon as we got up to the room. They were easy to get ahold of and I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the hotel. However when booking I was told they had buffet breakfast. When checking in I was told the same thing. I was even given the buffet times. When going downstairs for breakfast it was not a buffet and I was charged $30 for one breakfast.

Our room was right in front of Gillette Stadium! There were restaurants in walking distance and the atmosphere was very calm and somewhat romantic

For an off season day with no Gilette event happening I found the rare to be overinflated for this hotel. It was clean, but no fridge, no USB ports and average mattresses made it only an average hotel experience for me.

The cleanliness of the room, the view, and most definitely the price.

Hotel facilities under renovation. Also, rooms were not impressive given star level and cost. Stained carpets that could be corrected by attentive staff as they were mostly surface. Had to change rooms, 2nd room slightly better. Not a 4 star experience.

Staff is always super-responsive.

As a woman who applies make-up every day, I found the bathroom mirror to be far away for application purposes. Please consider adding a make-up mirror. Thanks.

They call it a 4 star hotel. No fridge in the room, need to pay for wifi, and the room service can't read the "do not disturb" card on the door or the instructions on the breakfast card " please do not knock"...so they knock countless times and even call.

The size of the room and all the in room amenities. Location is effect for. Igbo life and dining. The staff was courteous and the room was extremely clean and updated.

It was within walking distance of the Putnam Club and many restaurants/bars/entertainment.

The hotel was clean, modern, had the amenities we wanted, and the staff was friendly.

nice view, very clean, comfort to stay with my baby.

the room size just ok, if this price offered the room with kitchenette that will be great.
