The staff was awesome. Hotel employee  was super helpful and made our stay great during the cold snap of 2023 on Cape Cod. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel you should!

I like the location best.

The room did not have any closet or hangars for clothing. There was only a wall hook.

The Facility was beautify with great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed in the room location. It was way in the back in a small corridor. The room was so dark and secluded. At night there was a bright light shining in the corridor that kept us up. Very different from the photos.

Parts of room were shabby, with "landlord special" repairs. Kitchen sink sprayed onto counter. Heat was very loud. Lighting was harsh -- overhead only, no lamps. No lighting at all in bedroom, had to request lamps. Did not anticipate stairs only, no elevator. No walk off mat for snow and salt. Uncomfortable couch with low back, no pillows. Microwave, shower soap dispensers, some kitchen supplies were for tall people only, no step stool. Art work on wal was disturbingly dirty, like someone had walked across it. Generally the room was designed by someone who doesn't have to stay there.

We had a wonderful time overall. The 2 bedroom suite was a good size, had two bathrooms and a small kitchen, a little gas fireplace, and was very functional. Amazing location by the ocean, we walked on the beach and enjoyed the sunset. Very friendly staff. We also appreciated the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

Even in the off season, price is high for an aging facility, which could use some renovation. Our room had mold from water damage on the ceiling.

Location and the view. We loved that it is beachside and the beach is nice. We also loved the balcony.

The room was a bit small for the bed. The price was higher than expected.

Location was nice. Beach and pool were relaxing. Volleyball court was a nice extra. Free coffee station was good. Free laundry was good, as most hotels it is an extra cost.

Was not aware that it was a two story layout when I booked, as there was no mention in the description. Room smelled musty from upstairs carpet and/or window/ portable ac units. Pull out couch was uncomfortable. Housekeeping department was lacking, as calls for towels were either delayed in delivery or just never responded too.

That we can only have one car. They called me and gave me two days notice. I paid for a two bedroom. 3 adults 3 kids. Two different families. We needed two cars. Moving one to a park n ride 12 min away was a huge inconvenience. Ruined the trip. Staff was nice. , but it would have been nice to know more then two days before.

The beach, pool and morning lattes.

My one bedroom was 2 stories. There was a spiral staircase to the bedroom. Never knew the unit would be two floors!!!! I was with my 84-year-old mother and she was unable to sleep up in the bedroom. Unfortunately, she had to sleep on the sofa bed on the first floor to be near the bathroom. No bathroom upstairs. The sofa bed mattress was very thin. Felt bad because I know she didn't sleep well.I was never informed about the bedroom being upstairs. They were unable to give us another room. I'm very disappointed I was not informed that there would be two stories to our one bedroom unit. We saw many ants crawling around. Each day we would see 4 to 5 ants.

The view and amenities.

There was no table inside of the room. The room was for four people but only three could sit and eat inside of the room. There was a light that stayed on all night outside of the room in a room where people slept with lack of adequate curtains. There was restricted access to things like extra pillows and beach/pool towels.

Dirty…indoor pool area: hair on the floor-pretty awful Out fridge and freezer smelled like a rotten meat !

The suite was clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

The pool and hot tub were dated. Ambience there was lacking.

The location is absolute perfection. The room is modern, spacious, and had all that I needed.

I am 5'2" tall. The dishes and glasses were in cabinets over the refrigerator and in a high cabinet over the sink. I couldn't reach them, so I was not able to use them. So I didn't cook or bring in leftovers which limited my meal choices.

Heating/cooling and refrigerator were very noisy and not accurate temperatures.

the room was in a prime location! Ocean view, walkout to the beach, near the hot tub.

The ocean waves are Right There, and we watched the sun rise from our little balcony! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-stocked with dishes and extra bath towels. be The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating.

The only thing I disliked was having to leave!
