Staff

Towels were mildewy but they gave us new ones. No housekeeping. The biggest issue is there was no water in the workout room or at breakfast - not even water fountains.

Proce, friendly staff

Smelled very strongly of chemicals, cleaners, etc. No pool as advertised, fire alarm going off very early in am the day we could actually sleep on, crowded small breakfast area

Price

For the marriott it was extremely outdated and smelled like a cheap motel on the side of the road. Price was ok, and it had breakfast not the best but good for the price.

Front desk was not helpful or friendly. Hotel and room smelled bad. There is a broken down ford explorer and two broken ice machines by our entrance. Lobby bathrooms were closed. Police were there multiple times as guests were running around the hotel

It smelled bad and the products they used to "freshen" it up were hideous. Everything needed updating. Although it appeared ti be pretty clean.

Location

The bathroom very cramped, breakfast was not good the eggs runny, the bagels very dry very limited to choices.

Dated, if you frequent Fairfield this is not up to date¿. And like most hotels these days the TV remote and basic ability to change volume or station is horrific

Staff are not so pleasant but not a major deal.

Toilet overflowed out of nowhere . It was a typical motel . I would expect more quality from the Marriott chain.

- Waited for staff at front desk to check me in longer than expected - Custodian was hammering away at old AC units at entrance at nighttime - Power was lost in AM with no back up generators, preventing any morning prep for day.

easy in easy out. BREAKFAST!!!! courteous staff!! I walk at night and i was able to walk around the hotel and restaurant and i was very comfortable,not afraid of the area. beds comfortable, shower nice, amenities great.

Nice little place. Staff were nice. It is located right next door to Victory restaurant. I wish I could have stayed a day longer.

The place is a maze. You can easily get loss.

The hotel price was okay and the location was very quiet 

The Bathroom was too small

HAd to ask staff to clean room and had to ask for towels , I spent 4 days here and no maid service

The shower head was filthy. I found a live cockroach in the bathroom sink. When checking-out. I advised the female desk clerk of the issues. She didn’t care. I called the Dedham Board of Health. Then hotel banned me when BOH called them.

General Manager was rude to me on the phone. I reported this hotel to Mariott Corporate.

Location was good

Looked great on the outside, the room we got makes it look old, walls patched up on the ceilings, walls, old TV, Paint peeling in the shower ceiling, Beds were kinda small for queen size.
