Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Concord

This hotel is so convenient for my purposes. It has everything we need-laundry, food, kitchen, gym... The bed was very comfortable. The staff is very nice and responsive. It's so easy to checkin/checkout; parking is great.

the room could have been a little cleaner and there were a few items that needed repair.

Loved that they had some form of breakfast. Reasonably clean. Front desk staff were excellent.

Breakfast was subpar. Breakfast staff was visibly mad that I asked for green tea! The shower! comes out drops at a time. Taking a shower was very frustrating. Noise in the hallway. Hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood. No restaurants close by.

Nice clean hotel with a good breakfast.

There was nothing much with an easy walking distance from this hotel. There were still some pretty good short, driving options.

The room size was great!

There was no hot water in the shower in the morning. They did reset the boiler and we got hot water about 30 minutes later.

Cleanliness, location, breakfast was great

I spent 12 days at this hotel for business trip and it was absolutely perfect! The BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE! The hotel has every amenity you could want! It's like a 5-star hotel without the price!

The location number ONE! Cleanliness, fresh ocean air all of the time as noone walking in front of our room on the open balcony. We had privacy all of the time to leave our drapes open for the beautiful ocean view and fresh air. Big plus on recycling!

Just that toilets should be higher and more efficient water in shower/ sink.

It looked new initially & seemed clean. The women staff tried to accommodate requests.

The man who checked us in was very rude.He could not confirm since he wouldn¿t give his name. He stated he was the manager but other staff told us he was the night auditor. the rooms were dirty & hotel was understaffed.

It was near decent attractions and relatively inexpensive.

It was next to a prison and some kind of industrial site. I requested my room be cleaned and was told it would, but when it wasn't, someone different told me they only clean on Tuesdays. Then on Sunday, housekeeping entered my room without even knocking.

Very clean and quiet. Staff who checked me in was kind and professional.

The staff tried to be accommodating and have since followed up.

Dishes in dishwasher were dirty, not clean and sanitized as we were told upon check in. Comforter was covered with food stains and crumbs. Room clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly. I may give some leeway normally, but not during a pandemic.

Rooms were spacious, modern and kitchen was a huge plus!

Breakfast because of covid was a letdown. Wish there would have been some hot food options like eggs/etc.

It was modern and clean. It met the requirement of what a residence inn has to be. Almost every breakfast menu stayed the same during my 3 night stay, but it was still enjoyable and well supplied.

The indoor pool was too small I do not think anyone can actually SWIM in it. No hot tub or jacuzzi.

The brand new modern rooms were well thought out, decorated, and quiet. It was only a one night stay for us but I could see it working well for a more extended stay as well. The included breakfast had an adequate selection. We enjoyed our stay.

Off the beaten path, a bit hard to find.

The room is very clean & new. The sports channel is a huge plus. The decor is very nice too. Breakfast is the best we had in the past 8 days of traveling.

The only down side is there is no jacuzzi. Often after a long drive it is nice to soak into one especially when there is no tub in the room.
