Quality Inn Chicopee-Springfield

It’s was like a bad comb over, doesn’t look good but served the purpose.

The guy at the desk gave me attitude when I talked to him. My credit card alerted me that he charge the people checking in after I, on my card. Kinda of sketchy. So whomever stays at this motel, check your credit cards. The room was absolutely filthy.

Room was dirty, hallway smelled like weed, ice and soda machine dude not work on 2nd floor

Nothing the room smelled like mold and made me sick

Everything the staff is rude and the rooms are bad

The parking lot needs maintenance and was littered with cigarettes. The entire hotel including our room reeked of Marijuana. The pillows for each of us consisted of 2 @ 8"×8" throw pillows. Really??? Then a smoke alarm went off in hallway. Awful.

The attendant at the front desk was SO nice. The guests ahead of us were no pleasant and neither were there children screaming uncontrolled in the lobby area. They had to deal with that and was still incredibly helpful and polite.

The entrances and exits were not secure. The only open entrance had an awkward step with nails sticking out. Major hazard. Outlet in bathroom and hair dryer that had been obviously plugged into said outlet, was contaminated with bug/roach excrement.

These rooms were canceled by Quality Inn and I was guaranteed a refund. As of yesterday I did not see one

Super helpful staff. Good complimentory breakfast. Clean room. Excellent price.

This place is 100%worth stating at. The fro t desk clerk was so nice and very professional. The room was super clean and the best part that we had all the stores close by.

No complaints..

There was mold in the bathroom. Beds where nasty and uncomfortable. Wish I could get money back

Yes bathroom ddnt have ventilation, there was mildew & one of the beds was uncomfortable,, needs update

Staff was great

Cockroach in the bathroom, cockroache larvae and eggs on the wall. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Carpet was constantly damp. Doors slammed every time anyone opened them in the hallway.

There was a bug in the wall, it was suppose to be a non smoking room but literally I was in the bathroom and cigarette smoke was coming through the vent. It was dirty

Needed room relatively close to UMass and it served purpose.

Bathroom had rust stains in toilet but ok otherwise.

Gal taking care of the breakfast area was helpful, nice and doing her best to get missing supplies for everyone trying to eat breakfast

Arrived at room the door lock was hanging off the door. Tissues, paper and styrofoam pieces all along hall. New room given. TV and phone not working,. Given new remote and phone fixed which had some strange substance on ear piece-UGH

It was right off the highway.

The fact that the Corridor to the outside was unlocked made me feel unsafe. Two of the three ice machines were not in service. The ad said there was a refrigerator in the room. There was only a hole where a refrigerator had been.

The room was exceptionally clean. (SPOTLESS).

iT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE, PROBABLY DUE TO SOME CONSTRUCTION NEARBY. NEVER DID FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE REFRIGERATOR TO GET COOL.

I did not nothing about this hotel. It smells bad, there are bugs. Bed covers were stained, it was a real bad experience. Would not recommend this hotel to no one.

location it looks scary at night it.Looks dirty in the outside and customer service the guy it was there he was rude he didn't give me a room and he called me names.

There seems to be lots of cause for concern at the Quality Inn, Chicopee MA. There was lot of what appeared to be construction junk stored on the outside of the hotel. There was a lot of junk just left of the main door. A broken down truck parked next to

I loved the house keeping staff. They were always so sweet to us and willing to help with anything.

I did not appreciate that they do not disclose you have to be 21 or older to have the hotel room in your name. If we didn¿t have someone who was there we would have been out on the street for a week with no other option.
