Surfside Inn Chatham

Hostess Laura was very sweet & helpful! Loved the front porch, complimentary happy hour, easy access to beautiful beach!

The room was very small. Very steep steps. Key lock was difficult to use. Cost was very high for what you got. Our most expensive, least desirable room in New England yet?????

The location is great but the hotel itself was a huge disappointment. We had a room that was on the third floor with no elevator and very steep staircase. The room was very small and bathroom looked very dirty, dated and was small.

The location was great to the beach but the hotel stay was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to others. The pictures were not true to what the nature of the hotel was. Not a good breakfast either.

Location steps from the beach and town. Staff excellent. Breakfast and evening wine were an excellent bonus.

Avoid the small third floor rooms, not much space, however we spent little time in the rooms on our trip.

Excellent location and room was very clean. Very easy access to beaches and downtown. Traffic was tight so driving is difficult - hotel is an easy walk from Chatham points of interest.

Very very small room with virtually no amenities. No microwave in the hotel. Bathroom was very small with no counter space. No AC although dispite sticky weather room did cool off. No chairs in room.

It's location. Quite close to a little beach.

It is quite dirty. We saw 2 rats scurrying around. The bathroom was not cleaned since the previous guests occupied it,the walls of the room are so thin that u could hear the conversation and the tv from the room next door and the room size was very small.

The location was amazing at this hotel. Short walk to the center of Chatham as well as a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The room was extremely hot and cramped, with no tables to put items on. The bathrooms were outdated, but usable. If you're planning to hang out in the room for most of the day, then this is not the place for you.
