The grounds are immaculate. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I didn?t like the fact that I couldn?t stay longer.

The property is like being at a botanical garden. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was delicious!! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with my family.

I wish my room had a microwave or I wish there was access to a microwave on premises for guests. Vacation costs are hard on families. After spending money on a breakfast which my child only ate half, it would nice to be able to heat up that delicious pancake for him the next morning.

Nothing really. We knew it wasn’t in Chatham, but it is a couple of miles from the town.

Exceptional landscaping with koi pond and fountains, friendly knowledgeable staff, beautifully laid out grounds, available beach chairs and umbrellas for loan, clean rooms and attention to details.

Pool was too small

Everything! The grounds were a beautiful Japanese-inspired zen garden feel. We visited the koi pond multiple times. So many places to sit that were peaceful and lovely. We loved the pool and the hot tub.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The gardens were lush and gorgeous and hid some secret amenities: shuffleboard, ping pong. Hot tub / whirlpool was large enough for 2 families. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables in pool area. Bedrooms were large and mattresses were comfortable. Best of all: it had the old Cape Cod feel- the staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Parking is tight. It wasn’t really an issue, but each room is only designated one parking spot.

I loved the landscaping, the cleanliness, the updated room, the bathroom counter (as opposed to a pedestal sink) the in-room Keurig, the assigned parking.

No bottles of water in the room. That seemed unusual to me.

Ceiling very much like a motel. very small bathroom and rather old-fashioned. Pool too warm.

the staff was so warm and welcoming! the place was in an ideal location and it was so charming! the room was large and clean. the pool was wonderful! the front desk staff gave us lots of great ideas of fun stuff to see and do!!
