Pros +
- Good continental breakfast.
- Location and great staff; I also liked meeting new people at the breakfast table. I very much liked the neighborhood where the B&B is located.
- Wonderfully accommodating host and an attractive quaint bed and breakfast in Brookline. We didn't get the full B&B experience because we checked in after dark and checked out before sunrise but we loved it. (We got a room with a private bath...)
Cons -
- There is only one shared restroom on each of the 2nd and 3rd floors. It can be inconvenient if someone occupies the restroom for an extended period.
- The bed was horribly uncomfortable - very, very bent/soft; I saw no way to turn up the heat, and I was very, very cold and caught a cold. The breakfast was akin to something one would get at a motel breakfast - not enough space to type here.
- Not all rooms have a private bath.
