The people at the front desk was nice and very respectful and I love it I will be coming back

Everything was great everything was clean just like I expected to be

It was so clean and comfortable i didn't want to leave. I loved the room and customer service. I give the hotel and casino 10 stars! I had such a wonderful time. I grew in Lake Charles and i hadn't been home in years and it was a wonderful welcome back.

The hotel is clean and very nice. I had specifically asked for a handicap room and apparently, the front desk didn't know but they were able to get me into one. I had to ask for clean towels and they were brought to me room when I was not there.

I would have liked to have the room trash baskets taken out instead of letting them overfill. Shen showering, the water flowed into the hallway. Bad design.

The room was nice and dark

Housekeeping didn't come. Valet quit for the night without telling us. No microwave, blowdryer or tub. Only 2 thin towels and 3 pillows for a King size bed.

The room was very clean and cozy and the staff was friendly but hotel employee gave excellent customer service

The iron was missing had to call front desk for one

Yes check in was at 4:00pm I arrived at 8:30 after driving for 8 hrs to be told my room was not ready and they did not know when it would be. It was a horrible experience and the lady at the front was absolutely zero help

The asain restaurant inside was delicious

They could not find my reservation at check in then we had to wait about an hour for our room to be ready and it was already late at night.

The room was amazing, we were thrillled with it. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and decorated very nicely. Will 100% be coming back.

The distance from the parking garage to the room with our bags was exceedingly long. It took us down what looked like abandoned hallways that would be extremely unsafe for a person alone to wal through. There was no security to make sure people were safe.

The signage and navigating to the actual hotel (cannot walk through casino with bags). Resort fees. Lack of dining options. Self check kiosk lacks details for security deposit etc.

There was a hole in the ceiling the service was so bad I asked for a blanket it took them 3 hours for me to get one they didn't empty the trash I had to call for fresh towels and on top of that they over charge me i paid for my room in advance I paid ---

The bar served a lesser cognac and passed it off as henessey xo. It was terrable.

The hotel room is huge and the tv is huge and I love the huge shower the barn doors are so nice . I love the room

It didn't have a microwave and the ice machine was broke on 2 floors and there is no hot tub and the pool closes to soon ..

When I woke in the morning, I had 3 places on my leg where I had been bitten. Bed was the only place it could have happened because I had none prior to getting in bed. Big bites! The sheets did not appear clean.

First they didnt have both my rooms ready .So I settled for a double bed instead of a king. Then neither room had face towels or hand towels. Called downstairs they stated they were short so we had to use all big towels which were pool towels. RIDICULOUS
