Had reservations. Checked in and room given was not cleaned after previous guest. However, they upgraded me for the trouble to a really nice room

Unruly individual in the lobby talking loud on his cell phone which was plugged into the wall..spoke very rudely to me while I was trying to check in..staff did nothing. Very awkward.

There was no towels or wash cloths in the room, had to ask for them after getting settled in the room.

Breakfast was awful. Thin walls. Room not clean.

At check out informed staff that door lock was broken, and staff was starting to talk as they were going to take our $200 deposit for braking there lock, at which point my wife hopefully convinced her that the lock was broken before we arrived.

Efficient, friendly staff, cleanliness throughout the premises, coffee available in the lobby upon check-in, numerous handicapped parking spaces, and wide variety of breakfast options

Location was sketchy, but we didn't feel uneasy

Upon arrival our room type we booked was unavailable and no attempt to make it right occurred. They moved us from a king room to a two bed room where my husband and I had to sleep separately. Staff rude and rooms disgustingly dirty.

The room had an odor to it that was covered up with strong deodorant spray. The hotel advertised for full breakfast. It did not have a full breakfast.

Disappointed. Room door was not closed at arrival. Hair in towel. Towel rack falling off the wall. Tile damage. Warm water only in the sink. Poor quality breakfast - prohibited from taking food to room.

The staff is polite and helpful. The location is good, close enough to casino but yet away from the traffic and busyness of the city. The beds were clean and the shower was nice.

The hotel looks like a construction zone at this time, bathroom and sink area didn¿t look clean, slowest elevator, Ice only available downstairs, tv cable didn¿t work in room- didn¿t get to relax watching tv

Great location but customer service was horrible!

Lack of staff. Waited 35 to check in. Was also charged $150 smoking fee and me nor my wife smoke. Called to chat with GM and supposedly he¿s only available through email. Sent email Wednesday and still no call or email back. This is ridiculous!

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom.

Checkin desk ridiculously barricaded for Covid yet true safety not employed. All this for virus affects very small percentage of people. Breakfast included all unhealthy junk, no good protein like eggs. You see the dichotomy here?

The hotel is still under remodeling repairs after Storm. The sheets had numbs all over them!!! There was a bug in one of the beds. The hotel advertisement said Breakfast, Wifi which were not available. Water leak on the ceiling and peeling wallpaper.

The bed was the best and we slept very well. There was hurricane damage so nothing else was in use. The website did not reflect this, so I thought the price was too expensive for just the room alone.

Everything was out of commision due to hurrican damage.

Air condition was so loud, could not sleep at all. No attendant was available on front desk. We had to wait 30 min at the front desk for attendant prior to check in. very bad experience.

It was close to where I had to be for work.

Staff were never at the desk except one time out the whole week and that was the day I was checking out. They never answered the phone. I went down stairs to go and get things I needed for the room myself. I was given a room I did not request.

The hotel did not answer a single of my phone calls when I tried to call and reschedule. I am very very very upset with the actions of the hotel when coming in contact with them 2 days later.

DISGUSTING + PRICE GOUGED at $------NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! Was given room w/ *dirty wadded up wash clothes mixed w/ the clean. *Hair in sink, tub, floor, bed. A *pickle wrapped in paper towel in window. *Crumbs all in the microwave. Reported to front desk.
