Hampton Inn Shreveport-Airport

Breakfast, cleanest of the room and hotel staff.

It seemed the heater on the room was not functioning, it felt cold when reading 77degF, could not get to turn on. This was found in the middle of the night. Reported to front desk in AM.

The room was nice & roomy and front desk staff were friendly.

Housekeeping were banging on my door telling me to get out. I had paid at the front desk to extended my stay another night but somehow they overlooked it. It was awful how I was treated and no apology at all.

The pet policies are ridiculous. 75 per pet non refundable is just too much. And there is nothing explaining this until after you book and of course the booking is non refundable.And there were several things wrong with the room.

Shower didn¿t work and they wouldn¿t change us into a room that had a working shower

It was very clean and spacious.. The staff was finches and friendly.

No, I enjoyed my stay.

The set up and location

The bathroom was dusty and the Sofa bed had visible stains (maybe water stains) on it. No working ice machine on the 4th floor. The TV kept going in and out on occasion.

The room was very stinky and definitely a 2.5 star. When checking out I told the clerk about the room was not up to being a Hampton property and that it smelled liked mothballs. We had to leave the ac running the whole time because of the odor!

The hotel was great.

The shuttle drove through the middle lane like it was a regular road. I had to call 3 times and then call him once he stopped to get picked up

The staff was the only thing good about the stay

Was not very clean, no water pressure to take a shower and could only get a waffle or yogurt for breakfast. Had cereal but no milk.

I was able to an immediate check in because I had just got off from work and needed to get some rest so I could go to work that night.

The bathroom had hair everywhere. There was hair in the microwave. I was told I by the staff that worked the front desk that I could check out at 12pm on my last day. The housekeeper and another guy came knocking multiple times. Front desk called at 1141.

I paid for 2 Queen beds and they only had King room.

No full breakfast as promised

It wasn't as busy as the other hotels.

It was freezing. Half of the hotel had heat and the other half did not.

The check in lady was nice.

Everything. Vagrant guy in the parking lot, location, room was not labeled with covid-19 cleaning sticker, got bit by something in the room, eggs were horrible at breakfast. Stark contrast to the El Paso airport hampton inn. That one was superb.

The staff was so nice and had such a cheerful attitude!

There was a basket with everything to make coffee in the room but no coffee maker.

It was close to the ballpark we played @

The housekeeper never made it to our room to see if we needed clean towels or if we needed our bed made😩

Parking availability limited. Staff did not allow later than 11:00 check out after we asked only for 1130. Elevator was in poor working order. Cleaning staff much more cordial than front desk staff. Breakfast was over by 945. Too late to enjoy.

The breakfast was disgusting. There was almost no flavor to any of it, and that was if you even could get any. It was very small and packed.

The hotel was in a convenient location and they served breakfast.

Around 3 am, there were cars parked at the hotel next door with very loud music. No one called the police. We ended up having to also park next door because the hotel ran out of parking. Lastly, the towels were a little funky and linty.
