- This place is really simple. The rooms are decent and the staff is super helpful. Good place to stay if you are on a budget

- There was no AC in first room. Second room ac didnt work well either. Set the temp to 60 to cool the room.off and still was hot all night.
- Guest were very loud both nights, there were kids running up and down the hallways knocking on doors and screaming. Me and several other guests kept calling the desk with nothing being done. They finally burned themselves out after 1 am
- First, there is a $100/ per night deposit that they prefer to take in cash. I used my card and was told that I would receive a refund in 7-10 days and I still have not received it. Called the hotel and they said that they are holding depost.

Not one thing
I booked the room for me and my dog. Needed to go to work while he was in the room. Never even checked in. The owners assured me it was refundable but of course was not

they were going through a remodel, but overall not inconvenient. They were respectful of the tenants and tried to place them away from the work areas

There was holes in the comforter and sheets on the bed, hair on the floor in the bathroom, and blood on the knob to adjust the air conditioner in the room. There was not much of a selection for breakfast either. Definitely won't stay there again.

The air-conditioners were turned completely off so the room was unbearably warm for several hourws after we checked in.

The photos listed on booking.com looked great
The photos listed on booking.com are not actually photos of the property and very misleading. The place smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. The linens are a 1970s polyster bed cover and both had burn holes in them. The beds had spiders underneath the sheets. I immediately reported the front desk and told them we would not be staying. The refused to refund.
location of the hotel was good.
Breakfast had bananas, coffee, milk, orange juice, cereal . No hot foods at all. ! Water leaked to floor by the window I guessed it was rained the night before and water somehow get it way thru the cracks of the windows.
