The room was extremely roomy and up to date. The hotel as a whole was extremely nice. The breakfast buffet was yummy. We were so surprised that from here in when we visit NOLA, we will stay at this hotel.

The room size and how clean they are! Staff is gentle and corteous.
There is no public parking only valet one is avalable.

Good location,but not good service
The bathroom didn’t have hot water ,we told their reception ,they didn’t fix the problem, they put us a worse room than, very small and not unconnected room after we were very tired all day Driving …

The location from the cruise terminal. The staff were fantastic. We stayed both before and after a Thanksgiving cruise. Breakfast was very good. The evening bar was very good. The suite was excellent value. Can't rate this hotel high enough for value.

The location is good. Complimentary drinks are awesome. Breakfast is nice.
Parking is not available and wallet parking is 53$ higher side.Some staff are good and some do not have all the information. I waited for more than 30 mins at the hotel to collect my lost stuff.

The location is great! Close to Bourbon Street, corner store walking distance and great dinning!!
Breakfast provided was horrible, no bacon, no grits, orange juice was something else, no flavor coffee creamer, and food was cold! Only choice of parking is valet.
