Yes the staff was rude and also we paid for the breakfast to be included but never got breakfast because they said it doesn’t really get u breakfast included

coffe pot did not work when first attempted but they replaced immediately.

The main lobby looked contemporary and smelled clean. It really gave a false expectation of a better room than they provided.

The room was dirty, hair in the tub, the toilet had urine/ mold stains, the carpet was gross, the walls were a gross paint color with a very unprofessional paint job done, the bathroom is very outdated. I could go on and on but this is NOT a 3-star hotel!

Shower was broken. Offered me a new room on a 24 degree day. Rooms and style are ancient. Hotel needs a major remodel. Bed was concave, horrible night sleep. Highway noise!

I loved the room and the staff was great but no coffee or continental breakfast after paying over 200 for a room and want us to pay extra when we paid all that money for 2 days that's not cool and that would be why I would never stay at this hotel again

I like the location because it was close to the family we were visiting. I also like the shower.

The bed was sooo horribly uncomfortable. booked a King sized bed. When we got to our room, it was a queen size bed. I had to call the front desk to inquire about the switch, just to then be told that there was no rooms available with a king bed. I asked if there was a rate adjustment since I didn't get what I booked and was told no. The bathroom door is "iffy", and so was the connecting door lock. The doors are external, so you can hear people outside hanging out late at night and talking loud.

The location basically is convenient for what we are doing at Morgan City. Enough parking for the car.

I believe the hotel needs several upgrades. The furniture on the rooms, the smell on the rooms, the toilets on the rooms.The breakfast is very week and expensive for what is offered.

Beds ate to small we had to twin size beds. Tons of mold in the bathroom. AC didn't work very well this place needs a upgrade.
