I can never get the ceric coffee machine to work. Not sure it is machine or me.

Would give perfect but when Checkout is at noon. Housekeeping should not be knocking at you door at 9:00 am unless the verify that you have physically checked out. They knocked at 9:00 am and again 15 minutes later. My wife was still sleeping and woke

Shower drain was clogged. Spent 32 min on hold with the front desk until they answered my call from the room. They sent a maintenance person 2 hours later. This was after 10pm.

The front desk guy at check in on 4/2/21 was very pleasant and helpful. I also book the day before 4/1/21 and I checked in after 11pm and that guy was very rude and was not very pleasant.

Nothing. Not as Expected from a Holiday Inn Express. Could have received the same experience at a Comfort Inn at half the cost.

No hot water for the shower and breakfast was barely a breakfast.

The staff and cleaning crew. Made you feel like you were at home.. The cleaning crew took great pride in their jobs.. Very hard workers and always had a smile on their faces. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again!!!

Easy to get to.

The food tasted funny. It tasted like it had a chemical on it. The whole family did not eat the eggs

Nice clean room. Everything is nicely put together. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Only stayed one night but it would be nice place to stay for longer visit. Didn't get to use pool but indoor pool looked good. Free wifi was good.
