Hampton Inn & Suites Morgan City

The Staff was exceptionally nice. From the front desk person who was very pleasant and easy to talk to. to the maintenance guy that held a conversation.

They put me in a room too far from front door even tho they were almost empty

The location was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast was available every morning or a pre-prepped bag if you were on the run. The ¿Suite shop¿ was wonderful with multiple options! It saved me a trip out to grab food.

The room did have a funny smell but I picked up a candle in town. For all the pros this was a trivial issue!

No house keeping we had to take our towels down daily and get clean towel¿s. But overall we really enjoyed staying there. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Sofa bed had bars and springs so was uncomfortable but bed was wonderful.

Hotel employee was really nice, she wasnt sure if there was a pet fee. So she said I wasnt going to get charged.

The next morning, I got an alert on my phone that I was getting a $65 charge on my card. I went down to ask. And hotel employee was very rude and short. I was just asking about the charge and she said it was a non refundable pet fee. I was told I wasnt going to

The room key did not work and I had to get the hotel clerk to let me back in every time I wanted to go out. I felt like a child. If you can't give people what they pay for, you should not rent the room.

The bathroom faucet did not work properly and I had to settle for a shower that was either too hot or too cold.

There was a huge rip in the bedding. At 150 per night they should purchase new bedding.

The hotel is relatively new, conveniently located, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Highly Recommend!!!

The girl that checked me in, although she didn’t know much and I think she was new. She was very kind and courteous.

I went downstairs to get some snacks. I was told that they were having a shift change and I would have to wait. I waited a few minutes and ask them how long it would be and they said well it’s gonna be a little bit longer and I would’ve charged to my room And they asked me is that OK but I’d have to wait and I told them no and left the peanuts there on the on the desk and she had time enough to go over there and grab the peanuts put peanuts up, but I would charge it to my room instead of using cash like I plan on doing. The lady was very rude
