- The staff were amazing!! We came in late one night and the next morning we were in several tornado warnings. The staff did everything they could to make us feel safe.
- Everything was great staff was very friendly and treated you real good I just wish they had the waffle maker for my breakfast but the breakfast was good thank you very much for the good stay will be definitely back
- The location is good.
Cons -
- The Manager, he was very rude when trying to resolve issues with the cleaning/refreshing room. My wife complained about not receiving fresh towels and linens, the Manager said to my wife, "how often do we change your sheets at home?", and he hung up.
- No everything was great
- The room we received was not the room we booked. We were charged for unknown reason several times. The staffs were helpless and couldn't explain our questions about that.
