Very rundown area with many local businesses closed. Abandoned vehicle in parking lot hotel room with vinyl flooring buckling, nothing as advertised complicated entrance from freeway to hotel

When it rain it leaking window and mild bad. The office change rain and there was roach on bed and was smell bad. Smell like mold

The room smelled like mold and bleach. The panels on the floor where not secured. The whole hotel smelled

Smells. I have to bring my own cleaning items. Laminated floors come up.

The refrigerator that I asked for, 2 days didnt come and the television didnt work in neither room

Smell, sticky floors. Went up on rate and it wasn’t even worth the regular rate.

Dirty floor, dirty towels, bathtub floor was slippery due to the coating came off, dusty microwave

employee at the front desk wasn’t in uniform when I arrived at 3 am so I was unsettled,roaches , there were druggies outside the hotel and inside trying to hold my luggage, all trash cans were over flowing when I arrived and left, floors at nails

It was not the cleanest and was missing blankets from the beds. The room felt humid like there was bad ventilation.

De verdad que horrible, cucarachas, piso inflado por agua. Lavamanos no bajaba. El aire acondicionado lleno de moho y limo. No hay igiene en el ba�o ni en la habitaci�n. Demasiado sucio.

The location

That I had to pay beforehand with no option of refund once I got there. I ended up not even saying the second night. Since there was no refund I just left. Not before being stopped in the stairwell with people seeming to be selling drugs there.

The room was terrible, floor sticky and tiles bubbled up off the floor, extra lock on door wouldn?t lock cause half of it was missing? and I couldn?t get a refund!! VERY UPSET??

Crackhead all around. My room was awful. The bed was broken. I didn't have a spread on my bed. No trash can. It was a messed up experience. Drug transactions done right in front of me so I checked out and left. Couldn't sleep in the bed because broke.

I didn't like anything about this hotel.

The moment I arrived random people in the parkinglot started asking me for money. There underside of the beds are full of mold, there are holes in the wall, boogers, snot, coffee, who knows what else all over one of the walls. Most amenities out of order.

Yes. It smelled, TV didn't work could not get it to turn off, air conditioner didn't turn off buttons didn't work as well. Went to front desk said there is nothing they can do !

I booked this hotel online without seeing it first because I needed one quickly. Upon entering the hotel, the entire establishment was filthy top to bottom and the room I booked hadn?t been cleaned. I left within five minutes and did not stay one night.

I asked the receptionist for a refund and he said I had to get one online. I attempted to do so but the site was so confusing that I gave up. I would like a full refund if possible.
