Roaches found in room, had to switch to multiple rooms with additional bugs found. GM confirmed there were roaches and comped us 2 nights.

Easy access to event

Bed ,the hallway was smelly, very noisy didn't get good sleep

I loved the location and the staff that checked me in was very nice and helpful.

The room had alot of moisture in the air and on surfaces. It had a strong smell of mildew/mold. The restaurant gave me cold coffee and took a long time to get our orders in, so we went to eat breakfast somewhere else.

The front desk staff was kind, thorough, and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was very comfortable.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They even had an employee maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot because, we all know how some people can be very trashy and throw the garbage of their vehicle.

The room had a very sour smell. It?s time to have that carpet redone or removed.

At first the front desk gave us a room that was occupied. Very scary, someone was in there laying down on the bed.

Nice size room

Only one elevator working. Long wait for elevator!

It had free parking, it was close to the convention center, no traffic around the hotel area

The air conditioner was the quietest of any hotel I have ever stayed at! I could actually sleep!! I also enjoyed the bed. It was quite comfy. The view was nice as well.

The road noise from outside was a bit distracting sometimes, but nothing too bothersome.

This place was very nice and clean. I loved the Christmas decorations and the staff was very friendly.

Rooms are spacious, location is great for visiting the French quarter, free parking

The location is close enough to the NOLA CBD and French Quarter. In addition it is close to a Walmart and a Rouses Supermarket. Lastly, the bed was very comfortable.

At night there was no visible presence at the front desk. There was no security presence either.

The room was very spacious and check in was fairly easy.

The pillowcases were dirty & hair was in between the bedding.The shower had not been cleaned.There was hair and dirt on the walls & bottom of the shower.I called the front desk for towels about 9am,930 & 10am. I did not receive the towels before checkout.

The location it located us amongst things inside of the city without being deep inside of the city center. The tasty breakfast buffet offerings that can be applied to the room purchase where great.

On site restaurant that we were a little leery of based on previous comments. We had an excellent meal and fantastic service. Room was very nice and clean.

Great location, two miles from ferry, Algiers has quaint restaurants, hotel was clean and great experience overall
