Staff did awesome job cleaning everyday!

TV system in room was well below average home setup. Very limited channel lineup. Takes multiple steps to change channels. Frustrating after 12 hours enjoying the city. $9 for a beer at the bar is more than I pay at Truist Park watching the Braves.

I liked that it was up to date and that it wasn¿t too far from Mardi Gras and the pricing was exceptional

Good location, employees were kind and helpful, bed super comfortable, neat and comfortable chair/loveseat

A few things were broken or missing - small things you might not notice - towel hanger, toilet paper holder, the rack that holds the shampoo and conditioner

The staff is amazingly accommodating and pleasant. The manager is exceptional and models the behavior he expected. All employees made me feel they were thrilled I was a guest there. The room was large, and the furnishing were nice quality.

I didn't like the reduced lighting in the lobby at night. For guests who have been driving facing the headlights of on-coming traffic for hours, walking into the lobby is an unsettling experience. In fact, the hotel looks closed from the parking lot.

last week the rooms were very clean I rented 5 more rooms this week and now the staff is telling me because of COVID they will no longer clean your room everyday because of the risk to staff the member. I have a problem with paying the same price for less

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Gretna, LA was absolutely horrific! The customer service we received was beyond inexcusable. The staff person accused my elderly mother of not paying for her stay, even as she held the digital receipt.

My water from the sink wouldn’t regulate properly. Once it got hot it would not return to cold - frustrating when I wanted to brush my teeth!

The staff is amazing. I got locked out of my room and it took no time for them to call a manager. I was back in my room so fast I didn't feel like I had to wait.

Love the area and the employees and the cleanliness of it. I prefer to stay here anytime I’m in the crescent city

Upon check in it took the hostess 15 minutes to even address me. Also the shower took 3-5 minutes to get hot

There are not many places to eat within 5 minutes, but certainly within 10-15.

It had beautiful bathrooms!

There’s no rooms with separate rooms and no tables. The air was confusing so I was sweating.

Convenient location.

The restaurant is poorly managed. Don't even bother. Hotel checked me out 5 days early without telling me after I had paid in full on line. They still charged me for 3 nights when I checked out. Now I have to try and get money back. Go somewhere else.

Room was large and super comfy, immaculate.. the entire staff was tremendous and extremely accommodating.. probably the best experience I've had with a hotel.. can't say enough good things about this place or their staff.. incredible

People above us were very loud .. thumping heard all hours of the night .. walking with heavy loud steps, don't know why anyone would need to walk across their room so many times.. sounded like dropping their luggage on the floor .. ask for the top floor

Very helpful staff, cleanliness, location: close to New Orleans French Quarter and other attractions. Shopping center is about 5 minutes from hotel, many places to eat around the hotel. Ask hotel personnel. Very nice lounge, outside patio, movie room!

The price for the breakfast was a little high for what they were serving, but the Waffle House and other restaurants were close by.

From time we entered hotel & was greeted by lady behind counter till time we said good bye, our stay was excellent. Awesome Staff, Clean Room, Comfortable bed. Everything GREAT. Thank you so much. We will be back. Thanks for everything.

There was only 1 thing we could have changed to improve our stay. A continental breakfast, lol. It would have helped us to not have to leave to go out for breakfast but that is the ONLY thing. Please cont to be there, we will be back.
