Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cut Off-Galliano

Close to where I needed to be.

Lots of construction going on. Parking lot is very small and congested.

The hotel is relatively new and still looks like it just opened. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean.

It is a bit pricey for a 2-1/2 star hotel but for one or two nights, it is worth the price.

It didn't get as cold as we would like..

Charged us over $700 because they did not know how to look up the bookings reservation stay was only 1 night

I liked the staff, easy to talk to and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

April, at the front desk, was great. She was personable and friendly. The rooms were clean & comfortable.

Some family members were disappointed because the workout room was closed because something wasn't working and the same for the waffle maker not working. Our room was on the 1st floor right next to the smoking area and normal talking could be heard that was a little bothersome trying to sleep. Maybe relocate the smoking area?

Due to recent hurricane no breakfast but they did have hot breakfast sandwiches brought in

The price $498 for 2 nites rather expensive

Choose this location because of proximity to my worksite at Port Fourchon. All stuff are very helpful and friendly, Rooms are clean and comfy. There is small stand with shack and drinks. The laundry clean and inexpensive. Apps BONVOY is great help to make booking and check in.

Breakfast doesn't exist as such, instead there is the same boring set every morning: take away the same sandwich, yogurt, bottle of water and muffin. Coffee available all day long.

The location was great we are vendors for craft shows and we use Marriott majority of the time. We book shows in Houma and we use Fairfield or courtyard. An anytime we have shows we find Marriott at any location.

Didn’t like the fact that I didn’t get my points for the 2 day stay. I wasn’t aware that booking on a site an not on Marriott had a difference, but now I know an I’ll book on marriott to get my points.

I like that the room was a nice size. The facility was very clean.

The price is much higher than most hotels.
