The flooring has dent and they didn?t fix it , they cover it with carpet .

The staff was really nice and tried to help when needed.

Yes there was mold in our rooms. Me and my sister had to change room and there was still spots that had mold on it.In order to get bedding or towels you had to give them the old ones to be washed then get them back.

It was a convenient spot.

Roaches crawling on the nightstands, and when I pulled the covers back, bed linens were wrinkled as if they weren¿t changed from the previous guest. I didn¿t complain about it as I was too tired from being on the road and didn¿t want to have to leave.

It is not the newest hotel, however, it met my expectations for a one-night stay. The place was clean and very well kept, the staff was friendly, and was on top of a couple of needs that I requested. Also, it is a great location right of of the highway.

Everyone was so friendly, it felt like the staff were all very welcoming and that they all enjoyed working there. The breakfast was great for this price point.

Carpets in hall were stained but just typical wear and tear.

The room was not fully cleaned it was partially cleaned the drapes are worn out qnd torn the sun light stones straight through ur room one of the housekeepers walked in my room at 810 am check out was at 11 terrible experience

Wasn¿t very clean. Had dirty sheets and towels when I arrived into the room. Had to switch them out. It was also dusty too. The so called breakfast wasn¿t very good either. Wasn¿t really what I was expecting but it was good enough to rest at.

Location

The toilet was a hazard by not being bolted down. I need the door to hold me up from falling. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered. Upon check out I informed them to prevent a major accident. Overpriced room.

Upon my arrival on 4/4 the representative was very kind. But after checkout next morning I left my wedding ring on bedside table and I called to confirm to hotel and they took hours to respond and said it wasn't there. 100% knew It was still in my room.
