- The staff was polite but this did not make up for the horrible experience,

- bathroom really not suitable for elderly or disabled. Breakfast unsatisfactory, sausage and biscuits were cold and the coffee was lukewarm.

- The room had 2 queen beds one of which was covered in bugs. I have photos. I notified the front desk and was told that they were booked up so I had to stay in the room with the bugs. I continued to have biting bugs in my room for 3 days.
