The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The bathroom was not cleaned. There was someone else?s hair all over the floor and shower.

The location is quiet and there are stores nearby for necessities. Because it is outside of Lexington, the prices are more reasonable during major events. Breakfast is included in the cost.

Our room was only cleaned once by housekeeping and my husband had to complain to the front desk. They used the excuse that the do not disturb sign was on the door, but we left the room around 10 am every day and took the sign off at that time.

Everything. We stayed at Comfort Inn in Mt. Sterling the week before on our way to our destination. It was awful. Never stay there again. Hampton Inn gave us everything we needed and staff was excellent.

Email from Hampton informing us Masks were required at all properties, but only ONE staff member was wearing one, and was not enforced with other customers. Also no nearby restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The food was actually good. The hot breakfast changes daily.

Easy to get too and clean

The air conditioner leaked and the carpet under the desk was wet. Our door did not shut by it's self, we had to pull it closed every time we left the room.

Clean & quiet. Still offered a complimentary breakfast within Covid-19 restrictions.

Most restaurants were at a different exit off the interstate.

We were there 3 nights so I can say that I saw quite a bit of staff and they were all extremely warm and friendly. The breakfast is great and the evening snacks are wonderful.

Nice place.

I arrived kinda late in the evening after a long drive. Then I realized that I had to drive a few miles away to find dinner . But all the nice restaurants were closed really early, so I had to settle on a sub par Chinese buffet that may have had cat on their menu. Why on earth did Hampton pick that location? Weird.

Nothing. They sold our room to someone else. When we arrived we were told we did not have a reservation. Despite having confirmation numbers from booking.com.

Gave our room to someone else!! I’m nine months pregnant and I had to sleep in my car!!
