location easy to find. but very sketchy

The pool was closed, and the exercise room was closed At check-in,there was 1 staff member then never saw a soul around, for staff after that, no fresh towels, no breakfast, and the toilet backed up no one to fix it. Good thing it was checkout day.

Hotel had throw up all over the side of the bed and in the shower. The refrigerator had mold in it. Room was disgusting.

The staff were great and helpful.

The pool was closed. The pool will remained closed until further notice. We would have selected another hotel had we known this.

Rooms were okay,location was fine.

Elevator out of service. Put on 3rd floor even with requests for lower as Wife take heart medication. Pool out of service. downstairs bathrooms and ice machine out of service. Stairs were not clean.

Location near restaurants and Walmart

Blood on sheets, elevator not working off, some came in our room and left door open. Suppose to have full breakfast but instead it was continental. ¿Breakfast¿ was late every morning. Pool out order. Bathrooms out order. Lights by working in our room.

Convenient on and off of Interstate. But the best thing was that I forgot my insulin in the fridge and they overnighted it by FedEx to me!

Never got to stay

The hotel was closed by the fire Marshall do to too many violations and I didn't find out until I got to the hotel and found the notice on the door from a week prior

Nothing paid for multiple days to get bug bites from bedbugs and a dirty room with no manager or person to complain about the issues

Room had bedbugs I got over 50 bites all over my body, no remote in the room for the TV, no toilet paper, trash in the fridge mold on the bed liner sheets had stains. There was no manager he quite so no one to speak to about the issues at the hotel.

Close to the expressway

The room was dirty, stains on the sheets, and when we opened the door it dropped and we had to pick up on the door to close it

It was close to where I need to be for my project in town. There were good attempts to keep the hotel updated.

There was a fair amount of wear and tear on surfaces both in the room and in common areas.

Bed and linen were comfortable & clean. Room clean, staff friendly.

Next to truck stop - very noisy all night long. Difficult to sleep.

Accessibility

The room was exceptionally dirty, outdated and damaged. Looked like a crime scene. Shocked it was still open to be reserved. Cannot believe the lack of cleanliness and quality.

The room was dirty the bathroom totally filthy. I have pictures. And would like a refund.

Pool was closed for remodel and they required a $200 cash deposit upon check in! They would not accept a card to hold. Who carries $200 cash in them in 2020?

Location and staff.

The cleanliness wasn’t good at all. Specially the bathroom was dirty.

The location was excellent. Convenient to highway, food, and shopping. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable.

The breakfast was not great. It was barely worth eating even though it was free.

Location

Doors locks were installed wrong. Very had to get in our room. Plumbing was installed backwards in tub/shower. Our room was dirty in the corners.

Good proximity to my project site. Good room for the price.

Bathtub needs to be recaulked. All else was fine.

The hotel breakfast was nice. It was not too crowded in the dining room

Our door would not open on our room. After returning to the front desk, we were told to operate the door handle upside down. The maintenance man had installed it upside down. Instead of correcting, they just tell customers to raise the handle.

the motel could use some updating.... no complaints....
