Very friendly staff and large breakfast selection.

Lots of issues with door locks and building starting to show its age (as many of other hotels are too).

Bathroom floor and tub stained, made it appear unclean. Room just a bit rundown

Actually at the time nothing. Tornadoes blew through city so we stayed 1 night and left. Gave our room to family that lost everything for the next 2 days!!! GOD BLESS

Staff was very stressed out due to the circumstance. Not their fault just life!

The rooms were clean, lobby and eating area were newer in appearance. Staff was nice.

The room, while clean, was haggard. Dings in the doors and furniture, shower looked thrown together with some mold.

The staff that I interacted with ( at check in and the breakfast lady) were exceptional! Friendly and efficient!

The room was just okay...bathroom floor dirty, used towel left hanging on back of bathroom door; rust and mildew around caulk in shower; large gap in bottom of room door made hall noise seem louder...slamming doors and chairs in breakfast area

The staff were delightful and helpful.

At 3 in the morning some people were talking loudly in the hallway near our door they sounded intoxicated.

The room was clean and and very confortable. The check in process was fast and lady was very friendly.

I was really pleased with the blankets the pillows in the fill of the beds I slept like a baby

I did have ever feel like that given such an advanced notice on renting the room that I could have been given a better deal

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a nice variety of breakfast items.

There were minor repairs that were needed. However, we were not there long enough to see accomplished. The refrigerator was super small. The hotel did not provide shower gel which is a nice luxury many hotels are adding.

The location, cleanliness and the staff. All was above expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful I wish I would have got thier names. The 2 at the front desk the morning I checked out was so friendly and kind just love em. Will stay here again.

I never leave reviews. With such a good rating I couldn¿t believe the condition of this hotel. First room smelled so bad of mold/mildew that I had to ask for another. Rooms have water damage on ceilings and drips down the walls, floors were damp.

Room itself and bathroom clean. Refrigerator comb worked well. Microwave looked new and very clean. TV worked well. Air/heat worked well/quiet. Nice desk chair. Closet door! Good Breakfast bar. Cook friendly. Employees at front desk all friendly.

Carpeting old, needs replacing. Drapes need replacing or at least ironed. Chair in room old and frayed. Only ice machine on 1st floor.

There was a definite odor in the room despite the room being clean. The rooms definitely need updating and minor repairs.

Beds were decent, rooms were quiet and the breakfast was also decent.

Pool was closed, room was a little damp.

Hot breakfast! Hotel employee at the front desk was super nice.

The open wifi is a little scarry since no pw is needed and anyone can connect even from the parking lot.

When I checked in she said that I was listed as someone from Thailand which I did not like afraid someone was stealing my identity

The staff was very helpful after we had a horrible experience with an unclean room. I felt they did everything they could to make itvright

Unfortunately a pet friendly hotel means that you may get a room that was not taken care of and unclean. Dirty carpets, hair, smells etc.
