The room was big and everything worked and it was quite in my room

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The hot breakfast bar was good and it kept stocked.

We were specifically searching for a hotel that had an indoor pool. This was just like an overnight getaway for us. Upon arrival we found out that the pool was out of order and had been for a few days and it was going to be out of order for a while.

Location

Filthy. Stained carpet. Locks didn?t work. Had to get new key every time the key was used. Front desk blames customer for erasing key. Was told that I was mean and should stay somewhere else. No breakfast meat. Indoor pool not heated.

Close to water park

It was very DIRTY, STINKY, SMOKY smell, the room was still occupied and other room had mold, mildew and just dark & nasty .no smoke detector.

The staff

The rooms have mold in them. On the furniture and side of bed. Mold on shower curtain. Musty smell. Did not get a senior discount.

The staff is friendly and efficient. This is where I stay every year when I?m in town.

It?s a little older. I was told a major remodel will be done in the fall.

It was small. Nothing huge and overwhelming. People kept to themselves. Good introvert hotel.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Cleanliness was attempted, but better training might be needed for staff. Mold in the fridge in room 209. Sufficient to simply have a place to sleep and shower 1 night, but not longer.

I¿ve been here several I¿ve had good experiences about it but this time it¿s probably one of the best rooms clean. The staff was awesome and the manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The hallways were very noisy. The outside noise was extremely loud, like there were no windows or walls between you and the road. I would suggest better windows that block out noise.

Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Good grab n go breakfast.

The extra fees that seem to accumulate and be charged hours after checkout. The hotel charged my account for an extra $107 dollars, with no legitimate reason. When calling to speak to staff, there was no supervisor and the staff that I spoke to was rude!

Pool was open. Nice staff. Room was clean. A/C worked amazing. Nice shower.

Conveniently located at north end of town. Pool was nice, my son enjoyed it. Staff is friendly.

Only complaint was trying to keep towels and get trash taken out due to COVID restrictions housekeeping didn’t come regularly if staying consecutively which is understandable.

OMG the worst! I gagged as I entered the elevator cause it smelled like cigarette mold “Happy Grass” and dirt. Went to front desk to complain for fresh towels on the second day, noticed 5 staff members were smoking in between the buildings. NEVERAGAI

Had I not prepaid and not been able to receive a refund I would have left after the first day! It was horrible. They never brought fresh towels and we had to get them ourselves!

The free breakfast was the only benefit to this motel.

EVERYTHING!! Pool was ridiculously overcrowded by people thst weren't even guest, there was addicts psssed out in the parking lot, staff were rude, wifi was terrible, room wasnt clean upon arrival and the lamp was broke.

Pool was the best feature.

Staff was very rude. Hotel was swarmed with cops. Wi-Fi kept cutting out.

the friendly staff, the excellent breakfast and the immediate response to a partially clogged sink drain which was not an emergency.

They charged me for my room again even after paying in advance , Im waiting to see if this is removed but dont like it making my bank account short from not expecting this charge!! , dont know if I will pay in advance online again :(
